I ordered a dash cam for my son's birthday; amazon.ca sent a used, returned item, including a month's worth of video from the previous owner on the sd card!!! I was mortified when my son asked if I had ordered a used one. Contacted customer service, and they refused to believe me. Sent it back, now they say they need to inspect it. Its been almost a month and i have not received a refund or an apology.
I’ve had a horrible experience with Amazon lately. My account was flagged for “unusual activity” even though I did nothing wrong, and now I can’t make purchases even though my payment method is valid. I contacted customer service multiple times and got vague responses, no real help, and no resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating when a company this big can’t even treat honest users fairly. I’m losing trust in Amazon and this app just reminds me of how angry I am every time I see it. Do better.
the SS 925 wrist chain is fake as per xray spectronomy it is fake and not sterling contrary to what the seller states. the silver content is 40.5 % not 92.5 % but when i posted this amazon they said i was a liar ???? and removed it
I was one of the few customers invited to purchase the Nintendo Switch 2, a one-per-household, invite-only release. I trusted Amazon with my order, even cancelled pre-orders from Best Buy and Walmart to commit to them.Big mistake.The package was marked as lost/stolen by their delivery partner (ASL/Precision Deliveries), and Amazon's response? A refund and a shrug. No option to reorder. No escalation. No accountability. No compensation. They said I couldn't reorder because I had already reached the 1 per household quota and they had no way to change it in the system.Their customer service team was unhelpful, robotic, and completely disconnected from the actual value and rarity of the item. I now have no way to replace it due to their own purchasing restrictions.This wasn't just a missed delivery. It was a failure of trust.Do better, Amazon.
Absolute pathetic attempts at delivery. I watched the truck circle the block 4 times looking for a very obvious address. Instead of stepping out and taking a quick look they drove away and marked it as an incomplete address. Delivery is now 3 days late to due sheer incompetence.
I have bought Swiss Miss No Sugar Added Hot Cocoa Mix, Milk Chocolate, 60 Count Envelopes, 0.73 oz Each Packets, New Recipe Makes a Larger 8oz mug of cocoa from Amazon. I get nausea and diarrhea every time I consume this product. Amazon does not want to refund me for this. This product is not suitable for me. I paid $38.00 for this. I want refund for this.
Biggest scammers they charge your card fees you don’t even authorize. 6 months after closing my account they charged my card three times for $6.60 for Amazon music I know nothing aboutWhen I called them, they said it was ordered through my Amazon dot which I don’t even have also my daughter‘s card was charged after she used it to buy a birthday present for the first using Amazon they charged $6.60 for Amazon music also 🤬
Absolutely Disgusted – Never Received My OrderI’m beyond fed up. I ordered an item and, once again, Amazon’s delivery person left it in front of the building, instead of bringing it up to my apartment on the third floor. They didn’t even bother to ring the bell—how hard is it to press a button so I know my package is outside?This isn’t just a one-time mistake. This happens to me EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I’ve lost count of how many times I've gone downstairs to find my package already stolen or gone. It's like Amazon thinks the hallway is a safe locker. News flash: it’s not.To make things worse, this time Amazon refused to refund me because I had a few previous refunds. As if it's my fault their delivery process is a complete joke. I'm being punished for their repeated negligence.How about fixing your system instead of blaming loyal customers? If this is a common issue, maybe it’s time to rethink your delivery policies instead of acting like the customer is the problem.I’m officially done with Amazon. I signed up with Amazon Canada, made a purchase and they refuse to send me my purchase data for the personal account because the business account signed linked to the personal account isn't verified. And they refuse to close the business account that I requested closed twice.
The courier company that Amazon.ca deals with for returns made a mistake recording the number of items I was returning therefore I only received half my refund.I have written several emails to their supposed customer service department for the last week now,still no reply or resolution.Its only a matter of $53.00 but as a senior citizen it's a loss I can't afford.How can a multi millionaire company be so incredibly irresponsible? I will never order another thing from Amazon no matter how good the price.No customer service at all,ridiculous.
