Zero-Star Review- Still Waiting!

Zero-Star Review – Amazon Customer Service is a Complete JokeI placed an order on March 1st for same-day delivery, and now it's March 3rd, and I still have nothing. I contacted Amazon Customer Service six times—three times through chat and three times over the phone—and no one has been able to help me. Instead, I kept getting conflicting information. One rep told me to wait until March 6th, another said March 7th, and another claimed I’d have to wait until March 15th before I can even request a refund.I also tried to find out which carrier has my package, and I was told it's with Amazon’s own carrier. But somehow, they have no further information on it? How does that even make sense? It’s their own carrier, yet they can’t track my package or give me any real answers? Instead of helping me, they refuse to provide any other details and refuse to do anything else to fix the situation.At this point, I don’t even want the item anymore—I just want my money back. But Amazon won’t even do that. My package is still sitting in their facility, and they won’t cancel it or issue a refund.This is beyond frustrating. Amazon promises fast delivery but can’t even keep track of their own shipments. Their customer service is completely useless, and I’m seriously questioning why I even pay for Prime. Zero stars.

Dog food,supplements ,A book.

This last purchase was of 4 items and all of them have been missing .It was at the facility in my home town more than 5 days ago.No update but I have been billed but no respond from emails.Where are my packages?? How can you expect me to buy more with this kind of service?

Having to log in just to track a parcel is asinine! Jeff Bezos is a control freak and his company should get nothing but bad reviews. Accessing customer support is impossible as well. There's no corporate responsibility from these giant corporations.

Purchased off Facebook Boxing Day…

Purchased off Facebook Boxing Day special under the flag of ceacnd.com charging for shipping insurance but only to find it's a scam charge emailed over half a dozen times with no replies at all and courier company doesn't follow delivery instructions either BEWARE OF FACEBOOKS ADDS WITH CHINES COURIER SERVICES ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

Amazon Prime Canada not worth the…

Amazon Prime Canada is not worth the cost Canadian Amazon Prime keeps getting worse and worse. Its hit the point there is no point in paying the money every month. One of the last vestiges of benefit was the Amazon photos as part of your prime subscription now they have deballed that too so to be clear they already nerfed prime music, prime video, prime shipping. They used to offer all the photo storage you wanted as part of that then they removed the videos making you pay for that now they have let you build up your library and tell you ohhh you now get 5gb and if you want more $$$$$$$ ALL this while raising the prime subscription fees. Its kind of a dyck move if you have bought all their devices and stuck with them through it all and you certainly cannot say they need the money its more what everyone warned people about big business killing off all the little guys then essentially raping the people blind.

Bad call centre's and not in Canada .service sucks .call centre's needs to be in Canada

I was trying to find out where my money went to on a couple returns and the lady from the Philippines call centre's hung up on me because I wasn't sure about wich card I used because I use multiple cards and I wasn't looking at it at that time .bring back people that can understand you first and second there is no reason for call centre's to be in the Philippines. In Canada we should be speaking to Canadians and it's not the first time if they have to do any work I get hung up on .unacceptable.

WORST PACKAGING EVER!!! EVERY TIME BOOKS ARE DAMAGED. NO ONE CARES

WORST PACKAGING EVER. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. BRAND NEW BOOKS ALWAYS ARRIVE DAMAGED, DOES NOT MATTER HOW MANY TIMES THEY RESEND THEM. THEY TAKE PACKAGING AS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. I HAVE TO KEEP RETURNING THE SAME BOOKS THAT I PAID A BRAND NEW PRICE FOR, BUT THEY STILL ARRIVE DAMAGED. FIRST TIME THEY SENT BOOKS IN A BOX, THOSE WERE DAMAGED. I RETURNED THEM AND KINDLY TOLD THE LADY TO WRITE A NOTE ON THERE FOR THEM TO PACKAGE THEM CAREFULLY. SHE SAID SHE DID. THIS FELL ON DEAF EARS. THEY SENT THE BOOKS AGAIN BUT NOW IN A THIN ENVELOPE THE SECOND TIME AROUND. I'M NOT GONNA KEEP DRIVING BACK TO PUROLATOR OR STAPLES TO RETURN MY ITEMS, IT'S AN ABSOLUTE PAIN. NOT TO MENTION I HAVE TO PRINT THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL EVERYTIME WHICH COMES OUT OF MY POCKET. AMAZON DOES NOT TAKE PACKAGING SERIOUSLY AT ALL. THIS IS A PACKAGING ISSUE, NOT A COURIER ISSUE. IT'S NOT A PRODUCT ISSUE EITHER. I WILL NOT SHOP WITH AMAZON AGAIN. THEY LEAVE NO OPTION ON THEIR WEBSITE TO REVIEW HOW THEY PACKAGE ITEMS, ONLY PRODUCTS WHICH IS NOT THE ISSUE HERE. THEIR CHAT HELP ON THE WEBSITE IS A ROBOT, THAT CAN'T ACTUALLY ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. I CAN AND WILL GET BOOKS ELSEWHERE THAT AREN'T DAMAGED. ALL BECAUSE YOUR PACKAGING IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE.

service has been slipping at amazon.ca disappointing.

First of all, this is about amazon .ca. placed order , item in stock. However, item not shipped no information as to when or even if ever it will be shipped. Order cannot be cancelled, again no information other than , not shipped, cannot be cancelled. This is unsatisfactory, and unacceptable. This is unlike amazon.ca, otherwise have always been excellent, for 20 years. yes I first purchased when there was no .ca, and get this they only sold books!! In fact, amazon has always been my first choice, I hope they can return to the service I had come to expect.

Poor Delivery Practice

Amazon is great for getting some products you need or just for fun however I don't like how deliveries are handled. Most deliveries that a delivered to the front door they would just leave the product there and not even ring the door bell to notify people in the house there is a package at the door. Instead they would leave it up to you to message the person at home to notify them if they don't have access to the app. In my opinion this practice is a bit poor as this is how thief take advantage to steal your package, If there person that holds the account is at work and busy they would not be able to notify their family member or friend that there is a package at the door. Within this time frame a package can be stolen and then the customer has to go through a painful process of trying to get a replacment or refunded.

Amazon is soliciting your government…

Amazon is soliciting your government issued ID or they will refuse to refund your return. I was informed by my bank DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ID. There is currently a class action lawsuit against them because of this. If they refund the same method of payment how exactly is this even needed? They are a retailer! They are literally blackmailing me and holding my refund hostage. I have filed a complaint with Ontario Consumer Protection. This is how they detour the consumers from returning poor quality products. My bank is bouncing the charge. It's a scam.
