I recently booked a room at the Best Western in Rawlins, WY. The room we were given had trash from the previous occupant present. We talked to Haley at the front desk, who assured us that she had discussed the situation with the Manager. The remedy: I was signed up for the Best Western Reward program and told they would deposit 20,000 points so that my next stay would be a free night.A few days later, I called Haley as this had not been done. She assured me that she again talked to the Manager and the points would be placed in my reward account.Nope! Don’t tell a customer repeatedly that something will be done and then not follow through. Bad form....Staff was courteous and friendly....just given a dirty room which is just gross....and then the agreed upon remedy wasn’t fulfilled.

These extortionate websites which put unnecessary barriers to entry in the way of science and education should be illegal. This is nothing more than predatory money grabbing getting in the way of science.I created an account to try to access something yesterday. Wasn't even the correct thing. Today I get an email saying 'Congratulations on your 1st Mention! We recently found 1 paper mentioning [name].'Now there is zero chance this is correct or actually mentioning me because A. I didn't use a real name. B. I literally have not done anything on or with the site and C. I've never published anything. To 'view your mentions' it wants you to pay to upgrade and spend £29.50. I dread to think whether people actually fall for this nonsense when it is such an obvious scam. I was 'mentioned' by 'Lnoependent Cell Oeath' which is clearly just some script the site is running because, you know, not even actual words...Worse than dating site scams.

I "very" stupidly added ID theft to my account. Don't do that. It will turn into one of your WORST CS experiences. The ID theft was different from what had explained I needed so I cancelled it. So, what did McAfee do? They cancelled my entire account in which I had more than 1.50 years left on monitoring. While attempting to get the original up and running, the CS Rep put me on hold over and over. Finally, they said it would be reconnected within 2 days. That is just another run around! And, their.software does not function well anyway. To all considering doing business with this company; don't! Save yourself money, aggravation and a "BIG" run around!

Only 3 out of 5 projects backed were fulfilled.Call me a fool but I have backed 5 campaigns on Kickstarter in the last 12 months. This is my score so far, draw your own conclusions:1: Delivered within timescale, but dubious functionality2: Now 9 months late, but still claiming delivery is imminent!3: No product. Campaign page last updated on 5 February 2020, so assuming a complete scam.4: A rare incidence of a good product delivered within a reasonable timescale.5: Another functional product, but sadly the campaign failed to mention that it was only compatible with one version of iPad, so useless to me.

Hi, I reviewed the National Trust several days ago stating like others had done so that I was unhappy that I had struggled to get a refund from them for my gifted membership. Following a certain amount of back and forth over both email correspondence and phone my son has today learnt that the National Trust have agreed that, that on this occasion, they will put the gift membership on a temporary hold. The instructions are that he is to contact them again when we would like our membership to re start and it will be reinstated for the remaining 10 months we have at which point new membership cards will be sent to myself and my wife. We are happy with this outcome and trust others struggling with this issue will also receive favorable outcomes. Thank you National Trust and hopefully we will be in a position to visit your properties again in 2021 or 2022 dependent on how the current circumstances change.

I am so totally disappointed with Dropbox Customer Service. Our IT Company set up our Dropbox account, which worked perfectly until we changed IT Companies. They had set up the account in their name in lieu of ours, and the cost was incorporated into our billing. Sounds like a simple change of plan ownership and billing, but NOT WITH DROPBOX. I have been working diligently for 3 months to get this rectified and it is still not resolved and I cannot find a live person in which to speak - EVERYTHING is handled by email or online chat and never the same person. Obviously, we have had to go around the Mulberry Tree several times and just as I think we are making progress, it all changes again. You would think they would want our business, but apparently losing clients is not an issue for Dropbox. I urge EVERYONE to change to another Storage Source as soon as possible.

I booked few appartments 6 months before my vacations! While I went at rental location for my chek in, one of host informed me they double booked it with other guests on via AirB&B ! So the appartment I booked 6 months before was occupied, my access been refused and I had to sleep 5 nights in my car cause high season on Canarian Island, nothing under 300$ per night was available!VRBO doesnt allow guests to RATE the hosts unless they stayed in the appartment! Wow HOW UNFAIR is that rule????So I been in the street, although I booked and paid 6 months in advance! And I’m not even permited to COMMENT on how not reliable those hosts are?????Very bad experience I’m sorry to say👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
