I have been making a lot of purchases from Amazon over the past few years. For the most part I have been happy with the company. The only problem I ever had was with a car part that was on back order for a year before being cancelled due to supply issues. I would like to see the option to call or email an actual human for customer service rather than a robot.

When I attempted to delete my account, I was rudely denied access, and the cancellation page displayed an inappropriate message stating, "Nothing to do here." This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.I hereby revoke permission for Amazon to use any of my personal, financial, residential, or other information. You no longer have authorization to utilize my data for any purpose.Additionally, all financial cards have been removed from my account, and I, Cindy Gimnes, do not authorize Amazon to use them or any of my personal information. A scam website. Sells a ton of unsafe, recalled, and fraudulent items. Deletes reviews if they are bad. Doesn’t take reported dangerous items seriously including a type of litter box known to have KILLED multiple cats. Sells 15amp fuses and claims they are 2 amp thus leading to fire. Allows users to get good reviews on an item and then swap the item but keep the reviews. Changes delivery dates after you buy so you can’t make informed choices. Basically an entire site of scams.
I have been a customer of Amazon for many years. I never had issues with deliveries until they started dealing with Intelcomm (now Dragonfly). They have never delivered anything on time. I have complained to Amazon a few times now about them, but they still use them. I am going to look into deleting my account. They want to hire incompetent companies, then I need to find another supplier.....
I subscribe for auto-deliveries with Amazon.ca and after some months I cancelled my subscription on July 16, 2024 and I received the the confirmation of the cancellation by e-mail, however Amazon still changing me every month. I got in touch with the support many times but they were unable to say what is going on and I don't have any solution so far. Karoline.
I ordered an expensive item on Amazon renewed to be delivered the next day in my vacation adress.Amazon decided to cancel the order during the night without informing me. On the order they are lying saying that ’’the customer refused delivery because the order was previously cancelled‘‘ Wich is false because I was sleeping when Amazon decided to cancel the order.They are not willing to refund me until 30 Days (time they get the item back) but they decided to cancel the order and I never received it ! So they don't want to give my money back for an item I never touched nor seen in real life!On top of that when I call the customer service the supervisor hang up on me telling me : I dont have anything to say to you anymore.They are holding 799$, don't want to refund even when they make mistakes and treat badly their Prime customers.I will definitly cancel all subscription with Amazon.
It's a company worth over a trillion dollars and they can't afford customer service. I has an issue that could have been solved in 5 seconds but the only options for help are to speak with a worthless robot or follow an equally useless set of self help links. I'm deleting my account and swearing off ordering from them again, I encourage others to do the same. Let's see how much money they save on customer service when Noone is a customer.
The technical issues on Amazon Seller Central are beyond frustrating, and the incompetence of the support staff is appalling. I've been trying to fix my direct deposit information for over three weeks now, and every interaction with customer support has been a complete waste of time. They keep making me submit the same information repeatedly, only to receive no solution whatsoever. It’s as if they have no training at all and are just following a broken script.To make matters worse, the constant request for sensitive financial information by random representatives is extremely shady and unprofessional. It’s ridiculous to expect sellers to trust their private data with support agents who clearly have no idea what they're doing. The lack of efficient and secure support is driving me to the edge of quitting the platform altogether. Selling on Amazon is becoming more of a nightmare than a business opportunity.If Amazon wants to keep sellers, they need to overhaul their support system immediately. The complete lack of assistance, repeated requests for the same documents, and zero resolutions make it seem like they just don’t care. This experience has been an absolute nightmare.
Their "guaranteed" delivery dates aren't worth the pixels used to show them. It's usually 1 day to 1.5 weeks early. When it is early, it's being delivered late in the day on the new "guaranteed" delivery date.I've had to cancel many appointments as a result of this, and am out at least $300 because of it. I truly wish they would stick to the original delivery date.I have a friend that's a lawyer. I'm tempted to ask him if these "guaranteed" delivery dates, that never are guaranteed, could be a basis for a false advertising charge.
