BBC Alba could be nice to watch if there were more subtitles but there rarely are. I have not found a single Scottish Gaelic to English translator either that works properly on google play store and the ones that are there have hundreds of ads. When you pay a TV licence you expect better from the BBC.

Lego is an awful company, not only do they overprice their cheap plastic building sets but also do not adhere to their own customer service contract. They state that if there is an issue with their pieces they will replace for free, we have spent thousands and thousands on lego and so obviously have had to order pieces a few times. Now lego has decided to stop sending us parts so we spent thousands and thousands and now can’t even get replacement parts as promised. It is absolutely disgusting. I have emails even of them saying they were going to send them after me threatening to share on social media, even have them the order and parts numbers and got confirmation that they were being released, then a month later get a message saying they aren’t sending the parts. What a rip off, poor excuse for a company.

I ordered a contactless thermometer from this Company before I read the Reviews! I was very annoyed with myself for being so stupid but I contacted their help team who assured me the thermometer would arrive soon. I didn't really believe it because of the many negative comments I had read. However the thermometer arrived today after about 6 days which, at this time of year, I think is perfectly acceptable. I am sorry for the people who sound to have been very unlucky but, on this occasion, I did not have a problem. My emails were answered quickly and very courteously. They couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you.

We booked tickets to a movie night managed by time out, however the weather conditions got so bad that majority of public transport was cancelled and we were not able to attend. We really wanted to make the event but it was out of our control. Time out made no accommodations despite the fact that the majority of attendees would probably not be able to make the event. When we asked to reschedule our tickets to a later date, the refused a refund and weren't even will to offer an exchange. The "customer care team" were completely unsympathetic and unwilling to help in any way. Such a disappointment, will not be using them again.

Dreadful experience, cant’t unsubscribe and no responses to any emails over the last 3 months. Understand COVID19 challenge but if you’re going to have non existent customer service for 3 months, you should also stop taking money out of people’s account. The only response I got was to my first email was telling me to unsubscribe online even though I’d already showed evidence there was no button to unsubscribe on my account. Customers are viewed with disdain at the Telegraph and my recommendation is do no sign up to what is a sham of a service. The website is also very un-user friendly and constantly logs you out.

Scam company. we used for many years to buy 10 photos when needed. They moved to an annual subscription model cleverly disguised as a Monthly model. We reactived a subscription , discovered 3 months later teh scam and then 'negotiated' £24 to be let out of their little scam in addition to 3 months @£22. £90 for 10 photos that cost about £1-2 each on otehr sitesGood company gone bad.

Kroger-STC Morgantown WV is awful with their curbside pickup. I’ve had to drive back twice to get additional items, not just a few but about a third of the order. Bags are overpacked and break spilling everywhere when you get them out of the car. Certain items you can only get through curbside, others they say they’re out of stock but when you go in to replace these items they’re fully stocked.

I have returned an item which was received at their U.K. site on October 23rd. Apparently I can’t get a refund until 10 days after it has been received by their warehouse in the Netherlands. Frankly I doubt that will happen; customer service is woeful so it looks like a PayPal dispute resolution. Read the complaints and don’t buy from this company.

I have an ongoing problem dealing with a bereaved husband trying to get the legal department to finalise my late husbands account has been hell. I've been messaging them through their "Chat" for over 1 year there is no one to call. They request docs, they change their minds over what they want and a lot of the time they don't seem to know what they are doing and the information is conflicting. Last week I was on with them for a full 8 hours through the night and am doing the same tonight and now they have changed what they want from me. It's expensive and time consuming to get docs certified. I had a fraud alert and spoke to someone who told me there was £5.30 in the account, previously they said it was under $100 dollars and did i want to bother with it. Today i have had a statement and the figure is significantly higher. The system is designed for you to give up so they can profit. Please think very carefully before sending an ID and personal information to these people, I have chopped through lots of customer service support people, much is promised, nothing yet delivered. You change your mind about the docs you want, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I am very worried I have sent you all my and my relatives and beneficiaries personal identification and you are playing fast and loose with it. You don't have a bereavement department and professional effectiveness is seriously lacking. I may have to walk away from my husband's case as I can't spend more weeks and months on this matter. I would like to complain but they don't have a system for it - BEWARE they are not FCA approved and seem incompetent with a veneer of friendliness. I will update you when the next round of nonsense occurs.
