Choosing GetResponse for my Bulk emails was the best decision, after much comparison! Besides the amazing Live HUMAN chat feature, the Onboarding Call is a Winner & a MUST for the customer! Seeing the things I needed help with on a live Zoom call made it easier for me to understand, assimilate & use the features fully. Jorge was so patient and very knowledgeable. This company seems to be doing everything right. Thanks GR.

Hard to play online because they delete accounts after inactivity. so you will lose progress and games. I know what emails I used but they seemed to be overwritten. What a joke for a company. many from the support could not solve the issue or were kinda rude.

I have been using Animoto for six years now and I love it.It makes creating video slideshows a snap. If I could ask for something more, it would be voiceover capability, more themes, and an intermediate price plan.But, I have no complaints. Bravissimo/a!

They have been beyond appalling.Booked a room in a hotel on con dão island. They took the money from my credit card and sent an email confirming the booking. But they emailed 3 days later to say that I had cancelled the booking and the cancellation had been processed. The refund was 0. I never cancelled anything. Speaking to customer service they seemed completely unable to locate any information about what had happened. They told me that IF I had paid then I would need to claim a refund after a month, but first wait to see if my account was credited automatically. Meanwhile my dream hotel became fully booked. I called them and it turned out Agoda HAD confirmed the room. But Agoda, and the App where I booked, have no record of this. My hotel said eventually they Agoda had given my booking to another tour operator called Ohmyhotel. But Agoda can find no information about any of this and still only tell me my booking is cancelled. It’s so surreal. Such utter incompetence. Not worth the savings! Avoid!

My experience with spotify has been tremendous so far, I think one of the greatest idea is that you guys had faith in the product you built and know it was going to satisfy a need by offering it for free for three months. I was hooked after that.I live for innovation,I have a sort of omnipresent taste in music and podcasts. So imagine me having to hoard all those CDs or store all that data on my phone. Keep innovating spotify and you guys will be in business for a very long time, would probably be a redundant statement.

Another example of a good product with pathetic support. At times the people running the support can't even read their own responses or forum posts; and then offer clarifications.And; to my surprise - their billing partner is unable to renew my subscription and fails to provide me with an non-subscription one click payment and tried to force me into a "new" purchase.

I returned an item to staples in Glastonbury ct. Amazon said return is lost. I have return receipt from staples Glastonbury but Amazon is not crediting me for refund. Did a Staples or Amazon employee steal my return? I just want my refund due me but Amazon is saying they have to find the return. If I can buy from someone else but Amazon I will from now on.
