U can start by listening to the costumer. Stop billing people for things they don't have. Start explaining stuff correctly to your customer and stop doing what y'all want to do, that's unfair to customers. AT&T i wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And if you have AT&T I would leave them asap.

I am so angry with tfl. I have been charged with ulez charges, but that is not the problem, The problem is I was never informed with the charges via letter, text's or email what so ever. Instead, its gone straight to a debt collection agency. And now expecting me to pay £1600.20. I am a full time carer which means I live with the person I care for just incase no-one understands the definition of full time carer.I am disgusted that no contact was made by tfl and how this governing body is greedy with money. Why wasn't I notified sooner or is it more easier to target the vulnerable I want answers asap

Review of buffer
Buffer has been good, up until now. I haven't been able to get in for over two days.Contacted over Twitter (as I couldn't even get up the homepage), provided a picture, as they requested, and its been too long before getting some kind of response. This is to get access to a paid account too definitely not a level of support that I would expect.UPDATE:It turns out that Buffer doesn't like certain VPN's being turned on and block users that use them. Not a good move. You should want to encourage your customers to keep safe while online, not discourage it.
Review of americanexpress
I run an e-commerce business and received an urgent bulk order from a big client. I needed to charge my AMEX card to pay the supplier for the inventory. The amount exceeded my AMEX limit.I called AMEX multiple times to ask about the best way to make that happen, multiple reps gave me conflicting opinions about it.The last rep I spoke with was super confident and said a wire transfer is the best way. I told him "I need to make this order today, its urgent, this is possible?". He said yes this is your best way to make it happen quick.I told him "This is really important, whats your confidence level?" and he answered "10/10 sir, I have been with AMEX for 10 years and we always do this".Then I double checked "I don't want to do this and end up chasing the wire transfer, this is urgent and I don't have time for that" and he gave me the absolute confirmation that wasn't going to happen. That's exactly what happened!! It's been two weeks that I'm chasing the money and we don't see it in my account yet. Not only that, everyday I called AMEX multiple times, and everyday they promised me a solution or a phone call, and they NEVER followed through!! I'm serious, every single time they didn't call or follow through!I'm still chasing and it has been absolutely low grade and disrespectful they way they handled my case!I'm moving away from them as soon as possible and never looking back!

I do not know that who are monitoring trustpilot.com and who is the ceo of trustpilot.com. But today I am writing a review about a newspaper of a country. If we say this is a mafia land then we will not be wrong. Because from the government to the king, from the government field worker to the upper administration class officer even the police, advocate and even the journalist. Everyone acts like a mafia. I have been living in spain for 8 years. And I noticed that spanish people does not have the minimum shame. So this review will not change them, I believe. This review is for all newspaper and so called useless journalists in Spain. Before writing about this news site of spain I want to say that spain is a so called European country where even a single citizen does not have the freedom of speech. And a journalist is the conscience of the nation. Every journalist always remains busy to make please to the present government and to the so called useless king. Their written journal papers giving adornment on the lazy table in a public library. Their main readers are the older age person within a society who are unable to work, unable to think independently. And the end of the day their ultimate destination is to the recycling bin. As like we used to read comics book during our childhood time.Is there any journalists in spain? if yes, then where they are? what is their function? what is they are doing? To the best of my knowledge spain is that country where journalists does not have the minimum freedom of speech. Working 9 to 5, it is not journalism. Thinking within the box, it is not journalism. They are just writing what they are doing but they are not writing what they are watching. Ignoring the truth, it is not journalism. If it is the main duty to make please to the hercules king or to the running so called government then it is not journalism, it is slavery. And never a slaver can be a conscience of the nation. And never a young generation can learn something from them except slavery.
