This app promises to turn your PDF in a flipbook, but it is really confusing on the export methods, as it seems that if you export your flipbook as a PDF, you get an static file, and not the flipbook effect. The thing is, that there's no way of corroborating this, unless you pay for the premium plan. As you cannot export a PDF file, not even with a watermark, when using the free plan.So, as I was desperate to have this feature in PDF, as I am helping a girl friend of mine with her digital wedding invitations, I proceeded to purchase the premium plan.When I see this is not what I intended to pay for, I immediately wrote to support that I wanted to request a refund. Not only did they tell me that they do not make refunds, but they also told me that they were "sorry I didn't inform myself better". This is a total lack of respect from the company. I haven't used any other platform that doesn't take care of their customers, and does not make refunds when due. Totally UNACCEPTABLE. Don't use this platform, is a scam. I hope they enjoy the 32 dollars I payed that they are so attached to, because they will never return, not from me neither from any of my acquaintances.

If I could leave no star for Black Wealth Entertainment I would. Bought VIP general admission tickets, and wasn’t even allowed a seat. I’ve never bought a VIP TIX, and been denied a seat. It was $15 more that regular admission. Nowhere on the tix or during purchase did it state “Standing room only,” in which every tix I’ve ever bought says when no seat is guaranteed. The host would not even put out chairs for my party of 3 after we were told he would.

I cancelled my aunt's subscription because she is no longer able to use a computer and to my horror today spotted a payment taken by McAfee from her account. Apparently, even cancelled subscriptions for vulnerable elderly customers auto-renew. I should have thought auto-renew would be automatically cancelled on a cancelled subscription. And I could barely make out what the customer service representative was saying on the phone. A painful experience.

I canceled my subscription because I found Numerade and it is so much better. However, Chegg kept charging me because my apple id was attached to the account. When I called Chegg, they were rude and refused to refund my money. FYI, the Chegg online chat is worthless.

My husband and I go to the larger store on Newport Road, Cardiff every week as they often get good quality furniture. Yesterday we bought quite a large armchair which we thought would fit in our car but no it didn't. Adam the manager tried and tried then Adam said come on let's try my car a perfect fit. He actually brought it home for us. How many would do that? Also Adam has a brilliant sense of humour. 101% genuine, nothing too much trouble man. Thankyou.

I made a reservation in July to rent a unit in September. VRBO charged me in full and never sent a confirmation from VRBO, although I was issued a reservation number at the time of booking. Several days later I started calling them (on hold for HOURS) and they never found my reservation or confirmation in their system even though I had an Itinerary ID and Reservation number from when I initially booked. There was no reservation in their system. I have been communicating with their resolution group to no avail. They are truly dishonest in my opinion. Be cautious, they will take your money and not provide you the service you pay for. Go to Airbnb instead.

I have been a regular user of Todoist Pro since 2018, and I have found it to be a brilliant to-do app that is easily accessible and synchronized across all my devices. It is easy to quickly input tasks, easy to quickly pull up my tasks, and the rich filtering feature enables me to see just the tasks that I need to focus on at that moment.Additionally, I love how this company constantly innovates and releases helpful new features. Finally, on the rare occasions that I have needed to reach out to Customer Support, they have been prompt to respond, professional and polite, and very helpful in resolving my issue.I highly recommend the Pro version of Todoist.
