Canva is a great tool, especially for beginners! It is very helpful when learning to create content because the templates really help to spark creativity and give you an idea of what's trendy and catches the most attention. As an actual design tool, I love it and find it very user-friendly. However, the Customer support is absolutely TRAGIC. To the point where i and strongly considering the cancellation of my subscription. My company uses this tool and all of our designs disappeared. We have had multiple support tickets put in and it has been multiple weeks back and forth to solve this issue with NO resolution yet. With some of my employees, Canva support has just given up and said "Sorry, we were unable to solve your problem" and closed the ticket. like, whaattt?!

This review is about communications of technical support at canva.com. My Email address that I pay for was flagged as temporary or from known spam domain, by Canva.com when attempting to signup. I received an official "code" RRS-xxxxx. However, the error message did not contain a contact dept, number or email address. I had do to dig around and still found no support number. Under canva.com help support they give you the steps to sign up but no information for this known issue at canva. But, I did rate their answer as not helpful and gave this reason. I am not sure if anyone reads those. So, I emailed sales. :) always email sales if you cannot get help from Tech support, it is a shortcut but a necessary one. But, according to the reviews here maybe it is well with my soul that I was not able to create an account. lol. I will change my rating when canva.com responds. 06112025So happy that tech support responded! Happy right maybe and NO. They sent me a link to an application to signup for the canva.com and be a client. You can't make this up. Artificial Intelligence is a euphemism. We all should call it what it really is and that is Fake Intelligence! So now I am trying to figure out if I should use my leverage by calling the owner of one of Canva's largest clients??? Or if I should continue to tangle with Canva? I will pray on it. But, I wish I could rate their tech support a 0 because that is the amount of help I received!

I started with a free monthly subscription of DeepL Pro Advanced. After this free month is forgot to cancel my subscription so a invoice for a year of €299,88 was debited from my account. After contacting support they, as an act of goodwill, offered to change my invoice to a monthly period so i would get a refund. Very happy with this solution.

While my previous order was received damaged, I however decided to give Thomann another chance because issues happen and I try to keep an open mind: I ordered In stock speakers, since I needed it rather fast for a birthday, estimating that 10 days would be a reasonable delay (I buy from German companies on a regular basis). 5 days later the order having not been treated yet, I contacted the customer service who served me a generic message about... technical issues. When I pointed out that those articles were still displayed allegedly In stock on their website, I was told that indeed they are but changing it is not an easy task (being a web designer, I raised an eyebrow) and that Customs are taking time too. When I politely replied that I did not get what the Customs had to do with it if the goods have not even left their building, the conversation was shut down by the employee because the office was now closed. Welcome to the dystopian world of an online business where you are no more than a credit card...

I’ve been using the PlayStation Store for years now, and it’s always been a reliable source for games and content. Downloading games is simple, and the store is easy to navigate. I’ve never had any major issues with my purchases, and I appreciate the regular sales they have. My only complaint is that sometimes the prices feel a bit high, even with discounts, but overall, I’ve always found what I’m looking for and the experience has been smooth.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! So our HP Instant Ink subscription lapsed and we found out that the cartridges we already paid for won’t work. As in the printer won’t work until we replace cartridges we already paid for with other cartridges. They are essentially holding our printer hostage until we renew our subscription. HP uses very scammy, deceptive business practices. This is shady and shamefully greedy. We will be canceling the subscription service and buying another printer as soon as possible.

Very expensive for what you get. The business plans are borderline scams. The upload is VERY unreliable for people with slow internet connection on my team. Including VAT, they wanted to charge around $2000/year for my small team to use the service for the most basic business model. Go to cloud and get a better service for 5% of the cost. Please do it.
