I have been playing the sims 4 on origin for about 8 years, with no problem at all. After it got ported to EA, I have not been doing anything differently. Honestly, I have barely been playing at all. Yet EA decided that I was breaking their policy and banned my account. Firstly, my account's password has been changed without my permission or even informing me! I thought I was hacked, could not reach any help for months. Finally when I managed to get access to my account back, I found out my account has been banned from using online features and most importantly, bying new games. I've bought expansion pack six months ago and I'm still not able to use it!!! I've appealed a few times but they told me that they will uphold the bann since I broke their policy. I asked them how did I break their policy, as I've been doing everything the exact same way as for the last 8 years. They insolently wrote me that they do not have the obligation to tell me what I did wrong, therefore they will not. Not only that, they outright told me that since now they will not answear any of my emails anymore, because they don't have to, and to stop writing them. Ridiculous and unbelivable!!! If you value your money NEVER BUY ANY GAMES ON EA! Your account can be blocked for no reason, with no explanation, just because they can.

I made a first order online with DSW, waited for days before I noticed they cancelled my order without notification. Made a second order the day after I noticed the cancellation, they emailed me a couple days later cancelling my order. If you are going to mark a shoe as available, maybe actually have it in stock. Cancelling two orders in a row is just ridiculous. This company needs to update their stock better. I'm not ordering here again.
Review of booking
Book directly through the hotel website to ensure the room is actually available. I received an email hours after booking an apartment saying it was double-booked and I would have to wait 7-14 days for money to be refunded. Back to the drawing board to find suitable accommodation. A few weeks later I booked again through this site and AFTER getting booking confirmation from the hotel I received multiple emails from booking.com saying I need to phone the hotel to confirm the booking. Why bother with this site if it only makes things more complicated???

Shockingly bad search engine. Struggles to find so many sites. I hate having to use google but Bing is pathetic in comparison. You'd think with all the money and resources Microsoft has they would be able to build a decent search platform. Complete joke.

Vrbo is a scam. They are taking money from customers without any customer service.The host tried to force me to pay some extra money in cash, Vrbo said I shouldn't pay him. Host threatens me to not welcome me in the listing, Vrbo says I will get a full refund cancellation. It has been 3 days, no news from Vrbo. We are supposed to check-in in 3 days and Vrbo refuses to give us an answer. They are scaming us.

June 29, 2024Still NO refund.Still going back and forth.They changed telephone numbers and email addresses.I booked a vacation for July 2024 in January and was told I had until June 2024 to cancel to receive FULL refund. The vacation is through VRBO using JURNY, one of their partners. The booking is paid in full. In early April I found that my roommate is unable to attend. I formally cancelled the vacation April 4 2024, and requested a refund as per their policy. I have contacted them consistently weekly since. I have been given two different phone numbers to call. One of the numbers has been disconnected and the other rings with no answer. I have also gone on both websites, sent messages, spoke in their respective chat sites and still no call back, no text back, no email back but most importantly No Refund.

The product itself is great however, be careful that you don't pay for the full version (I don't know how it happened to me, but when I asked for a refund they granted it promptly) and make sure you remember to cancel it if you buy for 1 month or else they will keep charging you.

I didn't find where to put my disappointment about INDIEGOGO, so I'll write it here. I'm very saddened by the Indiegogo website and support. This time several people contributed and ended up on the page where it says "thank you for your contribution" they never got a confirmation letter, and the money was returned a few days later. All the American cards were charged as a high percentage as European ones. Site maintenance on the last days of my campaign. All these little things don't encourage me to continue working with IndieGoGo.
