Wish I could give 0 stars. I am extremely disappointed with Adidas and their customer service. Our family has been loyal to Adidas for years, but after a recent experience, we will not support them moving forward. I bought my son a pair of Adidas wrestling mat shoes, and after only a few uses, they blew out on both sides of one shoe at his first competition. I contacted Adidas to file a warranty claim (they are still well within this period), and the process was nothing short of a nightmare.First, the representative told me on the phone I would simply need to upload photos of the damage and would receive a gift card in return right away. After several days, I got the email with the instructions, uploaded the photos, and then waited several days longer to hear back (and that email said it would take a few weeks to get the gift card so I also went ahead and purchased new shoes since he needs them now). What followed were 2 separate emails—one saying that my claim couldn’t be processed manually and that I would need a “warehouse inspection” to process the claim, and the other providing a return shipping label. The problem was, by this time, I had already thrown away the shoes after receiving a replacement pair I purchased, as no one had mentioned I would need to physically return them for a refund until it was too late.The worst part of the experience was the customer service. I dealt with unprofessional reps who didn’t seem to even understand their own policies (even at a managerial level). The “manager” told me that ALL warranty claims required a physical return for a refund, despite the email from Adidas (mine would need an inspection) AND their own policy Q&A posted on their website which states “if your item requires a physical inspection…” which also implies not all do. This lack of clarity and poor communication has left me frustrated and angry (and out a lot of money). Adidas clearly needs to improve their quality of products, warranty process and customer service. What should have been a simple exchange/refund process turned into a weeks-long ordeal full of confusion and contradictory information. At this point, I am done with Adidas and will not be recommending their products to anyone.

I had a terrible experience with this company and customer service!!! Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional service from such a large and well known company. The Product i ordered (leopard adidas sambas) *** note that this is a very popular shoe and they sold out in less than 5 minutes**** kept being delayed and after waiting almost 2 weeks my order was canceled with no explanation. After speaking with customer service they tell me it was an issue on their end with inventory, how is that my problem???? To try to make up for it they send me $20 off and think that is okay? The product was supposed to be a gift for valentines day, it is now out of stock and now everything is competely ruined. After spending half an hour speaking with customer service repeatedly telling me the same thing on the phone, you offer me 30% voucher and a $25 gift card, that i never even recieved in my email. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the way you have handled this entire situation.

The information I have gleaned has been invaluable. With the information from SA my personal portfolio have raised be 27% over my initial investment over the last year. Needless to say, I am well pleased. Thanks again for all your help and input.

I was a AAA member for several years. I started noticing they were cutting down on the services per year. I have bought batteries for both of our vehicles. It was a pretty good deal with the warranty. This year I decided to try another service. No one ever mentioned if you don’t renew, you lose the warranty!! This is terrible! I could not believe this is the service provided. I am so furious that this has happened. This can place a nail in the coffin to not ever come back. Don’t ever buy a battery from them!!! Get one from a place that will honor their warranty.

I believed that I had been scammed because I sent btc to a questionable site. I made the mistake of reporting this to coinbase. Even though there had been no unauthorized access to my account, the support person froze my account. This took days to resolve. Once into my account they have restricted my ability to transfer btc out of coinbase. This has been going on for weeks. Support claims to escalate it for review. My last contact told me she saw no escalation. I was told that support has no ability to transfer me to a manager and has no contact data for any manager. She sent me a complaint report which auto closes as soon as you enter an open case number. I am completely frustrated and just furious about this. I want access to my funds and now! There was NO unauthorized access! Why was it frozen and now restricted? The support guy who froze the account barely spoke English and must not have been able to understand my situation. I can't understand why anyone remains a customer of coinbase. I want my btc and full access to my account.6/6/2025 update.I received the boilerplate "we're sorry" response and an email opening a new case. I wasted 90 minutes chatting with support who said...guess what...she'll escalate it. Still no response, still no resolution, still restricted. Support will not tell me what the problem is, did I do something? The world may never know. I want to transfer my assets somewhere else. I have more than had it with Coinbase. They are just the worst.
