Shocking. Awful. Embarrassing. 1. Customer service non existent. 2. Logging in and setting up account absolutely patethic3. DVDs don’t play with any sort of a legible voice volume. You can hear sound effects but no voices. Even in games. I hate the Xbox one I really wish it wasn’t given to me as a present.
I've had Xbox since the first one and bought all their products.Xbox One will be the last I will buy, as I encountered too many issues. MS doesnt responsabilize for their defective product.1. I have 3 controllers. Non of them work correctly. The only one I can use has the right trigger disabled.The newest one (3 month old) has the same problem and a drifting stick.The 3rd one has a drifting stik that is completely crazy. Shoud I buy a 4th one? NO F WAY2. At some point, the console stopped reading discs. 60€ disc... I have to tilt up the console for it to read them...Besides its flaws, it also has a lot of desing drawbacks3. Now you have to install games that can ocupy between 50 and 100 GB, what means that if you have the default memory, you can only play 2 or 3 games. If you want to play an other one, uninstall one game, and install the newone, which would take around 4 or 6 hours. So forget about trying new games quickly like it used to be.4. Its too dependant on internet. If you have no conection you can forget about playing a game. You need to sign in so they have track of what games you play and when you play. Ridiculous.5. Games still are sold in Beta phase. But they cost 60-70€ despite all theire bugs.This console is a complete fraud.DO NOT BUY XBOX
Support service is the worst ive ever had. They dont answer the support line but instead give u a automated voice giving u a link to a website. Their entire support system is awful, you go threw hours of trying to contact them but never getting to an actual human, only forums to look threw.
Terrible customer service I was scammed out of my money from Amazon to purchase a 100 gift card and I called there support tech if you ever get a woman named Joy good luck because she was of no help she knew that Walgreens were not going to refund me the money back and she still told me to go there do not buy any of X Boxes gift cards because you will not be getting your money back at all on top of that I tried to the number for X Box and no one would answer
The worst customer service I have ever participated in. My account kept saying incorrect password no matter how many times I reset it, yet I wait for an hour to talk with someone their answer is to reset my password. I tried this three more times and they still tell me to reset my password and ensure it will work this time. I have been with Xbox for 10 years. What is the point in loyalty. I see their customer service reviews online as 1 or 2 stars yet they continue to outsource and provide the same service a simple search engine Q &A can (maybe less).
Literally the shitiest gamer base, the shitiest controller since it cant handle any components bein damaged (most of their headphones break within 3 months, low dollar, high dollar, doesn't frackkin matter. Absolute manure customer service. No one in this gamer community gives a Frack and the ones that do don't last long. Their multiplayer games are unevenly matched, no strategy in any of their current games. Wanna be good at Xbox? Fend for yourself like a frackin moron (because in the rest of ANY ACTUAL STRATEGY OF WAR OR EVEN FRACKIN GENERAL LIFE IT DON'T WORK THE SAME). But track it right? Be a pathetic excuse of a reddit user.
been with xbox for a very long time all my best friends use to so thats a bonus and the way xbox is integrated tablet app, windows 10 pc, etc you dont get that from playstation. had 360 for 8 years then normal one for 3 then a one x for 4 months. i also d the xbox rewards program why not get a little back and im subbed to gamepass ultimate only low point is games with gold some games are bad just need better ones but overall a great service and not much down time. and they dont mind allowing crossplay unlike sony.
Got communication banned for a day because I messaged someone "I will die unconquered" in Japanese. I figured it was no big deal, since the person obviously false reported me. So I contacted xbox support. The person I was in contact with would repeatedly say "I understand how you feel", but also wouldn't tell me how I violated the xbox terms of service. When she said that I could file a complaint on the report, I tried to, but it wouldn't let me. Then she said that I couldn't do that because I was only banned for a day. She would also avoid the question about how I violated the terms of service with things like "We cannot tell you how you violated the terms of service because we can't look into the messages you sent". Would leave zero stars if I could, I love my xbox, had nothing but good time with it. It's the xbox support that sucks. Edit: I also didn't tell her my username, only what I said. After a while she told me how long I was banned for, which shows that they could obviously look at the messages I had sent and matched it with my account, so they could have told me how I violated my terms of service since they did look into my messages.
If I could give negative stars I would. Today I found out once again that my account was charged for a service I did not order. This has happened before. I am wondering how they even did this since I removed my payment history online but it was still on there so I called and had it removed. This was when you could actually talk to someone. I checked my Xbox accounts on my system and like evil magic there was all my card info that I was told was erased. Mind you I checked after the prior phone call and it was erased. Today however I chatted with them because I was on hold for over thirty minutes and I couldn't even get to the right people because when you on the phone and you Xbox it will tell you to go online then hang up so I had to go through the Microsoft office and have them transfer me to Xbox. Well back to chat I was told once again my info was removed but I am sure it will reappear so I am getting replacement cards. I was charge 10.91 on a card which was suppose to be removed. The chat rep informed me to fill out a form online which I have no idea why you do this to customers when you should be doing it as cs reps. I filled the form and informed the chat rep I did to just get and answer of , "Great all you have to do now is wait for an email to see if they approve your refund,." So you steal money from my account which you shouldn't have info to because I removed my info so you hacked me as well and your answer is to see if I am approved? I asked to be transferred to someone in refunds. Io was told he couldn't do that. Asked to speak to manager I was told they were to busy to speak to me. Ask for a phone number for refunds I was told didn't have a direct line, I could call the customer service line again. So basically I got no help and I feel like I have been scammed. I have read other reviews and Thur were denied a refund and couldn't even get a hold of anyone to dispute it. I will never use anything made by Microsoft again. I believe they should be sued for all the money they have stolen and as soon as I hear about one I am jumping on bored. I am going to PlayStation and other office products. I suggest you do the same. Why should we continue to give our money to a company who treats us like we don't matter and what they say goes?
If I could leave no stars, I would. I purchased an Xbox One X a little over a year ago. It runs out of warranty after 1 year. How convenient that my console is just over a year old and it took a crap. In order to repair it, we have to pay Xbox $249.00 plus tax. On top of already paying over $500.00 for the system!!! I am beyond infuriated over this. If they are going to make a system that breaks down in a little over a year, they better make sure it works near perfect if they don't want to repair their crap when it goes out!!! I don't think I will be purchasing any Microsoft products anymore.
