Very good support, but auto renewable subscriptions are terrible, I have 3 of them and each time I need to disable autorenew

Terrible instructions. Imposible to understand game settings. Need a gold live and pay 10 dlls a month horrible

You are a disgrace

You are a disgrace. My child has inadvertently bought various add ons and accessories for games on his xbox that has resulted in over £400 taken from my bank account in just over a month. Microsoft have rejected my requests for a refund and have refused to tell me why. The support team, when you get through, appear to be very supportive but are going through the motions, making sure you go the the refund process and giving you some hope that your refund will be granted. In reality, the guys behind the scenes in the refund team have another agenda altogether and resort to dismissive emails to close down your case. Clearly profit is more important than happy customers.

This XBOX support Mark Daniel S is not…

This XBOX support Mark Daniel S is not very helpful!!!. He even close the chat without even helping or even assisting me Properly. I never thought this kind XBOX support is. I'm very dissappointed and not satisfy with the service. I will not recommend XBOX and it's support service. Giving me this kind of experience with them is not really good. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!HORRIBLE!!!

Wish I could do 0 stars. This company is a total failure as far as a good system/equipment/service provider. Their controllers cost $60 and don't last more than a few months. I'm pretty careful with them in general due to how fragile they are.Their online service is a joke, they don't moderate anything besides text/chat. Example, if you play a fighting game the other person can literally put stress on the connection to move a match in their favor without any repercussions. At least 4 times a month a portion of the online service is down (chat, friendslist/social, authentication).Sales are a recycled joke.I was once billed twice for the same game (digital purchase) then I chatted the rep and they said "seeing how we never issued a refund to you before we will refund this as a one time courtesy". Like really? I've had XBL over 11 years, I've been through 6 xbox 360s with the red ring of death problem but nothing amounts to how completely disconnect xbox has became from their player base. Just a soulless profit machine. Depressing

bad service your refund is bull

Had unauthorized payments made to my bank account in a fairly significant amount I noticed it the next day, first off it was almost impossible to find a number to contact Xbox, you also can not manually remove pay accounts they have to be done over the phone I was then told I would have to request a refund online that I would be contacted by email in 24 to 48 hours and then if accepted I would get my refund in 3-5 business days total crap no refund no explanation as to why not file was just closed and I’ve emailed back twice for a response terrible terrible handling of the situation all they want is your money
