If I could give this 0 stars I most definitely would. I tried contacting the support because when I got my new WiFi service my Xbox REFUSED to connect to the internet but all my other devices had no problem. I tried calling the number, they directed me to a webpage...the webpage directed me to another separate site for submitting a service request....that service request told me I needed to contact them before I could finish the request. It then sent me back to the webpage the number sent me to. Then I put my number in to get a callback, waited the 6 minutes, got a phone call and pressed 1 to be connected with an agent....no one ever picked up, there was no dial tone, no hold music, nothing. HIGHLY disappointed in this service and I will not be purchasing Xbox again which really sucks because I love the console but if I can’t have tech support when I need it then what’s the point of having it.
XBOX SUPPORT ARE NOT HELPFUL!!! tHEY DON'T ASSIST THEIR CUSTOMER AND EVEN THREATENED THEM!!!! IF I CAN GIVE ZERO STAR I WILL!!!!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND XBOX TO ALL MY FRIENDS BECAUSE OF THIS. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THIS 2 SUPPORTS SERVICE AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE SOCIAL MEDIA WILL KNOW HOW BAD XBOX SUPPORT SERVICE ON THEIR CUSTOMER!!!!The support name was Diana A and Carl Emmanuel B!!!
This bunch have been taking money from my account with no emails notifying me. They do send notifications for 3 and 12 months subscriptions apparently though. Seems like they like to trick people hoping they do not notice the money being taken when paying monthly. I do not care what their policies are, I am more concerned with laws pertaining to these sorts of practices
Not sure why so many people leave bad reviews; the website normally works, you can order and instantly access products and use the website to get the latest info, and even service status reports for Xbox live/online features... what more do you want?
Worst customer support from any company I’ve ever done business with. Microsoft should be ashamed of how they are taking advantage of their long-time, loyal customers. In my MOST RECENT case with Xbox support, my new controller began malfunctioning. The left stick would strafe up constantly. The controller just falls outside of the policies 3 month warranty, however, this controller has been virtually unused, and in perfect cosmetic condition. Not only is there not a live representative to hear my case, their online support is simply the most basic troubleshooting steps that to my knowledge has never helped anyone. I have been using Xbox products for 15 years, not anymore. I can’t afford to play the buggy games, with their buggy and terrible service, with their broken hardware, any longer. It truly is pitiful to see a company that has done so well in the past, being pulled down and tarnished by their own crappy business model and behavior. Goodbye forever, Microsoft. Will miss you with nostalgia, for that’s all that’s left.
No I have never felt like someone robbed me more than Xbox has! I have supported them for 15 years and in abbreviations I said OMG IDC to a player spamming me I have sense been Perma banned and not only do they refuse to help you on the chat support but their phone line doesn't even work anymore.
Their customer service is trash. I spoke to the manager of the customer service agents and he was nasty, rude, and condescending. He did not make sense and did not try to offer any solutions. Xbox needs new management because this is trash
