I’m disgusted by the customer service

I’m disgusted by the customer service I have received, was told the issue would be investigated and I would be contacted in 24-48 4 days later still nothing so called back waited on hold for 25 minutes and was told a manager would call me back at 6, waited for the call and it turns out they close at 6 so I could not get through. They cannot state this as customer service when they are unable to sort an issue. I am disappointed and want this issue to be sorted.

Let's get this out of the way, great service and great support... but.

Let's get this out of the way, great service and great support (whether it's via the Support website or Twitter, they'll response to you).Take that all away and somehow were paying $60 to somehow still have ad's on our dashboard. How amazing. Maybe make the $60 version the Platinum service to get rid of those ad's? Then the Gold service to be around $30? These ad's are unnecessary for paying customers. Also it's 2019 and somehow we can't rent video games within the console. Why not let publishers set the ability for games to be rented on console. Why can't I do a $4 per hour or something like RedBox/GameFly but digitally. Missed opportunity of business.

Xbox accidental and unauthorized game…

Xbox accidental and unauthorized game refund policy is a joke! They only allow you one return a year. My 6 yr old made 3 unauthorized purchases and by the time I found out, Microsoft wouldn’t refund the games. My 10 yr old order the same game three times as his consoul was taking a long time to show he had purchased game, Microsoft wouldn’t do a refund due to their refund policy. Parents, make sure you have parental locks on all your kids accounts! I have spent lots of money with Microsoft and Xbox only to not be valued as a customer. Microsoft and Xbox only want your money, they aren’t interested in a fair system or their customers. I’m canceling any future subscriptions from Microsoft and will notify all parents about the unfair return policies and write as many reviews as I can to help other parents including the better business bureau

Really bad to deal with.

Really bad to deal with.. seems like they use a call centre in India.Seriously hardwork I had a message on my Xbox hub stating live for half price.. called Xbox as the link did not work..They asked for a screenshot?Sent them this then was told to buy at full price and they would TRY to reimburse the me the other half? TRY?No thanks..

Awful, takes your money, do not trust them

Awful! My 7 yr old child spent over $300 in two days without my knowledge bc my card was connected to his account so I could pay for him to play online. I try to get a refund and they denied me! What an awful company to trust in! When I called they were absolutely NO HELP. The man says sorry I can’t help. It’s microsoft that decided whether you get refund or not. Complete BS.

Xbox (proudly found by Microsoft Corporation) is a console family that goes back to the 2002s. Up against the Sony PlayStations & Nintendo’s. But like I said & I’ll say it again, it’s just a console.Anyways, I’ll give Xbox 5*
