I love love love using Canva, as a start up business. We use the free version and its great for marketing. I dont think I will need to use the paid for version as it does everything I need. Really easy to use, easy to download onto my socials and great for advertising. Thanks Canva

Amazon AWS is unreliable and brought down our website. I am not sure how Amazon makes money with this service. The EC2 service goes down to much and the help documentation is too lengthy to read when you are in a panic to get your website back up. Very stressful. We have already moved to another provider, but the move was tedious and unnecessary. If AWS would get their act together, we wouldn't have needed to leave their service.Amazon's customer service is non-existent and they seem to charge money for every little thing that happens on our website, every database transaction, and they nickel and you to death on everything.

I've been a good customer for years and on Prime. About one month ago I ordered eye drops, which were to be supplied by a third party. The package arrived late and was eye GEL, not drops. I immediately complained to Amazon. No reply from the supplier - to this day. Pursued it with Amazon repeatedly and after a couple of weeks they refused a claim and wrote that I could not return the item. Further complaints in writing and eventually an email apology authorising a refund and stating they couldn't tell me what measures they were taking against the supplied. I complained that the response was cursory and inadequate and that I had cancelled Prime and not placed any order with them since. I successfully got the eye drops cheaper and promptly on E-bay. The utter indifference of Amazon beggars belief. They used to be responsive to good customers. In my experience, no more.

Specifically ordered from amazon and signed up to prime because I wanted one day delivery. For some inane reason my order has been cancelled and I've been asked to submit verification. Submitted this as requested and now been told I must wait 3 business days for an appeal. Unsurprisingly they've already taken my money so I need to wait even more days for the funds to be returned before I can buy from somewhere else. An absolute joke of a company and complete unnecesart hassle. Should have bought my pc parts from scan or overclockers instead and saved myself from this massive headache

By far the worst customer support I've ever encountered. Never received a straight answer, simply repeated the same suggested action that does not work. Even the url's they send to review them do not work! Sent requests to close the trial account I created, because the option to delete the account they kept referring me to results in an unspecified error, just like their survey links.

Facebook has way too much power. They incorrectly suspended/disabled my account without warning. I have tried emailing many departments numerous times. I haven’t received 1 response from any! I have lost all my FB contacts, groups, events….everything!!!! Now that they ensured that I can’t access my account, they are non-stop fraudulently billing my credit card. I’ve already had to close 2 credit card accounts because of FB astronomical scam charges. Of course, their solution is to log into my account. This is impossible due to FB disabling my access. They are so crooked!!!
