Terrible product. You build a workflow and test it and each time you run it, you utilise credits. Even contacting support costs you credits! When you utilise them all you need to upgrade to the most expensive plan, even if you've paid for the medium plan. I'm not even a business, I'm a single user building a simple workflow and ran out credits because I was learning how to use make.com. Complete con. Waste of my week spent building it as I can't go any further. Waste of £109

These past a little over 3-1/2 years of the current administration have been the worst in the history of the U.S. Luckily, for the citizens of our beleaguered country, this will change all for the better on Nov 3rd when Joe Biden & Kamala Harris win the presidential election. Not that it will happen, since 45 has no conscience, but he and Pence should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for all they've done and not done for the 99%.

I ordered a wind instrument from Thomann in Germany and when it arrived in the UK, it was badly split, which I freely accept is just bad luck. Having gone through the stress of returning it, the exchange instrument arrived today and it is more badly split than the original, which is both wholly unprofessional and insulting! This was intended as a happy reward, but has now turned into utter misery. I do not recommend buying from Thomann if you are not local to them, they obviously have no concept of quality control or customer service, as the misery express would not still be running a high speed service through the middle of my life, if they did!I wish I had never ordered anything from them, but definitely will never buy anything from them again.

From annoucement in station this morning the website should be working. Was trying to apply a refund situation in September (as cannot tap in station due to station's own ticket machine failure) but it was not successful, claiming my monthly allowance or my travel happened 8 weeks ago. Call customer services (waiting time 30mins+) and they said the server is still not fully fix, they cannot help to check the history, please try next week. Agree with most of the comments from others I can't imagine we can have this kind of service at 2024 with a company serving the public in a world famous city with the amount of money they are charging us and people working there keep asking for pay rise!

The delivery was prompt, but we were disappointed with the quality of the recording. We wanted to use it for a retired Parishioners group, but, because i was recorded in a hall, several words and phrases were indistinct, and would be difficult for our group to hear.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS - NO HELP AT ALL - on Sunday I received a parcel (left on my doorstep - to addit STATES on my account NEVER to leave parcels there (it clearly states what to do if I’m not in) on this occasion I was in but no attempt by the driver to use my ring doorbell or knock ! Luckily I received the parcel but rang and complained to be told IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. Monday i received 2 parcels of HIGH VALUE while I was out and they left them on the doorstep and said they had ! I never received them - i complained again and was asked to wait 24 hrs to see if they would arrive and then a refund would be processed. I waited 55 hrs and rang again. I had to speak to 5 people before it was sorted and it took me 3 hrs! I was told the 2 drivers would be dealt with and it wouldn’t happen again (I then received my next 2 parcels exactly as I should) (a breakthrough I thought) my last parcel was coming yesterday and said it was out for delivery from selby - 8:20pm last night it was signed for but still says it’s in selby(by someone who does not live at my address as I live alone). My ring camera shows NO ONE CAME TO MY PROPERTY. when I rang customer services they said they can’t helpAs it’s delivered and signed for and I have to speak to the seller ! This isn’t meant as derogatory- but everyone you speak to is foreign, they use the same script to apologize and say they understand your frustration! I have escalated this to trading standards ! Your custom service team are terrible ! And they don’t even know who to reply to information on their fb posts (someone slates them and they put love emojis) !

wish I could give no stars. They have the worst customer service IN THE WORLD. I’ve tried calling their customer service phone number, I did the live chat, I even emailed a million times only to find out all my emails were rejected. They won’t respond if my last item in my order will be shipped and even sent an email saying my transaction failed 3 weeks after i ordered. IM FURIOUS AND I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR

Scam ads on Youtube that me and my kids are seeing... latest is a fake TV stick called "Rewave" from Lithuania. Long video pointing to getrewave.comIts fake. Google - you should be ashamed supporting scammers like this. You need to do some vetting or stop showing adverts.
