If you go to hotels a few times a year join the rewards club! Look for hotels that are labeled as a "Plus" or "Premier". Most of these have a higher standard and the Premier are close to the higher end hotels like Hilton :) We love staying at these hotels. Always call to make reservations as you can almost guarantee a better rate than online especially if staying more than one night. The free breakfast is hit & miss, but usually pretty good. All the Premier hotels we have stayed in have an actual restaurant. Don't stay in the Sacramento hotel by I-5 :( Besides that 5 stars all the way!!

2 items ordered with next day delivery and the Amazon App said “Before 10pm” I left instructions to leave behind the binPopped out for some shopping and when I came home the app said 1 parcel delivered and one needed a signature - We will try again later.”I contacted Amazon and the rep said that it would be tomorrow. Being a Monday, I am at work. Can I ask that it is left with my neighbour and that was done.Amazon it’s all very confusing and you need to provide far better tracking details

I have ordered an item for a gift, after received we really that some of the pieces were missing. I have advise customer service and the only solution provide is arrange a collection even don't waiting for a reply for my part. Really disappointing. I have been having a great opinion in relation with the brand but I think that the years didn't forgive anyone. Nevermore.

I cannot recommend Vrbo based on our experience.We booked and paid for a holiday apartment through Vrbo - that aspect was fine, however trying to get our damage deposit back has been horrific and still not successful. We left the apartment in perfect condition, exactly following the instructions from the host. They continue to send generic texts saying they have instructed their bank but we have not received the refund.Trying to follow-up effectively with Vrbo for support in the event of an issue is a nightmare - multiple calls going through the same generic questions, no effective resolution or way forward, and in the latest case being placed on hold for 30 minutes before the call was cut off.I am left wishing we had never booked with Vrbo.

Terrible company.Never had a facebook account before, so I set one up and then it went straight to appeal. They disabled it the next day with no reason given.Oh well, I've managed quite happily without facebook for 60 odd years and will continue to do so.

Amazingly incompetentI had a pre-printed label to return items. After sitting on the phone for 15 minutes to schedule the pick up and get a confirmation number, FedEx failed to do the pick up (sadly they delivered another package that day right where the return was). I then spent another 20 minutes to be told my return was never scheduled and they will try again.
