Avoid these scammers. We booked some tickets for scream aloud /scream Park in Lymington. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to matters out of our control and asked for a refund within 24 hours of booking, thus giving them over a week to sort our refund and allocate a new booking to some one else. Received email today to say they are refusing to refund. Now in contact with credit card company to see if they can retrieve the money.They have taken our money and ran with it. Scamming bunch and they need to be published in the media as a mass avoidance.DO NOT PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE CROOKS.

Huge space but very little seating, one coffee/tea machine, limited choice of food and plenty of rude entitled passengers!!! Business upgrade very expensive but was worth it for the 16 hour flight but wouldn’t bother for shorter distances

Like many others, I was shocked to find that my $114/year subscription rose suddenly to $299/year in 2025 with no warning whatsoever. According to commonly accepted business ethics, Academia should have 1) informed its clients of the increase and explained the reasons, and 2) given its clients the option of opting out, if they so desired. Very disappointing business practice.

We thought we would give Newliston Arms in Kirkliston another try, as it is under new management.This was 100% different from the old management,they were on the ball, the service, the food,the staff, it was like chalk and cheese, the staff knew what the food was, what they had on the menu and could not have been more helpful and friendly. We will be going back again and defiantly recommend to my friends.

My stay could have been pleasant, but the person in the room next to me had three large Rottweilers that barked all night, preventing me from getting any sleep. Despite complaining to the front desk, nothing was done. Upon arrival, I had to sign a contract outlining the noise rules, which were clearly not enforced. They promised me a full refund and 10,000 Sonesta points, but neither was provided. Multiple follow-up calls to Sonesta customer service resulted in my tickets being closed without resolution. They claimed to have awarded me 10,000 points, which I never agreed to and never received. I initially wanted a full refund and regret not moving to another hotel, as I would have been charged a late cancellation fee. I strongly advise against staying at Sonesta due to their poor customer support.To make matters worse, almost four weeks after the incident, I spoke with the manager, who was very rude and tried to make me feel bad for complaining. Despite filing three reports with corporate and making multiple complaints to the front desk during my stay, he claimed to have no knowledge of the incident. This level of disregard and incompetence is unacceptable.

HP service has been poor. It took well over a month for the laptop to be repaired. It was very hard to contact Hp support to get an update. In early Jan I was messaged to tell me the laptop won’t be repaired until end of Feb, which would have left me almost 3 months without a laptop. So I ended up purchasing a new laptop, only to be told my laptop to was ready mid-Jan. Very poor communication and service. Know if you buy an HP laptop with extended cover, it doesn’t guarantee you’ll have a working laptop.

They can't take payment for a online gift voucher to be delivered via email. Once you query the hold up you get an email saying contact this other team, it's seems forwarding an email internally is too advanced for this company. The second team wants a bank auth code, yep, call your bank. Why? The reality is because they payment processor can't process the payment correctly. The kicker here is three family members with three separate banks had this problem all last week.
