Worst buying Experience Ever

11.4.2025Payed £579.99 for an item which they failed to deliver twice then ceased any tracking updates. Had to chase what was happening on 4 separate occasions being provided with different delivery dates that they then inevitably missed providing different answers each and every time. I was told the item had been lost in transit then told shortly after they couldn't refund me because it was still in transit and they still expected to deliver it. I pointed out that at this point they've cost me 4 days work (as i had to be in to receive the item and they weren't letting me chose a delivery date) and 2 loads of grocery's and eventually they conceded they suddenly could refund me (although i still have as yet to receive this)This was honestly the worst experience buying online I've ever had and i shall avoid amazon at all costs from now on as they made it as difficult as possible for me to get my own back let alone all the money they cost me .Update a week laterStill haven't received my refund and after getting in contact with them once again they've informed me the refund had never been started despite me having proof of them saying they'd refund me. So once again I have to wait. At this rate I shall just issue a charge back through my bank and encourage anyone else facing similar issues to just issue a charge back Update 9.5.2025Disgusting company. I am still waiting for my own damn money back. Thankfully my bank have accepted that I've got a case to claim a charge back otherwise I fear Amazon would never refund me. Disgusting company

Why on earth does Philps sell their 5000 series RECHARGEABLE shaver with NO WAY TO RECHARGE IT? Now they want me to pay $35CAD + shipping for a charging adapter. No thanks — I can get the proper Philips charger through Amazon for $13CAD including next-day Prime shipping.

Best Buy is doing a truly horrible job…

Best Buy is doing a truly horrible job in customer service. I bought various items almost a month ago. I can’t reach anyone other than a person in south east Asia with super poor English. Shipment was messed up and promised to go out next day with confirmation. A week later no confirmation and no shipment. I spent a few times significant time on the phone or text. It’s all such incredible rubbish set up that is not leading nowhere.I got to fly tomorrow to the island, where I bought it from walk in the store and make the sales person and the manager, and maybe half of the store feel extremely uncomfortable by pointing out of the operate and insisting to see the managerbecause it usually works stepping on somebody’s toe until the issues finally is correctlyresolved. I will use many negative reviews for each of the items

Go WOKE and go BROKE! Time to GO!

A news channel should be impartial and balanced. The BBC is now sadly just about as far from that as you can get. Preferring instead to push a narrow left wing WOKE agenda offensive to the majority of British people! In fact the BBC is horrendously anti British, as well as anti Conservative and sneeringly anti working class. As demonstrated by it's pro EU stance during and after the Brexit referendum. Even this year rather than assisting the Government in communicating vitally important guidance to the public throughout the Covid pandemic, the BBC's obsession with 'gotcha' reporting infuriated millions. And it's fawning promotion of BLM in recent weeks has stirred up division and promoted violence and extremism. Actually damaging our society. The BBC has completely lost touch with the majority of the British people's views and values. On the odd occasion I catch anything on BBC news, I actually get angry. Winston Churchill a '"controversial" figure in British history? Get lost, he's arguably the greatest Britain in our Island's entire proud history! ANd it is a proud history, no matter what you say! And yet for all the incessantly anti British, pro EU, pro LGBT, pro BLM propaganda you spew, you still expect us normal working class people to pay for it all?!?!? They say go WOKE and go BROKE. Time for the BBC to stand on it's own and pay it's own way. See how many working class people are actually happy to pay for this lefty WOKE nonsense? Not many is my guess.... Time to go.

Horrible, stay away.

The only pro is the design of the site looks clean. Other than that it is the worst stock platform I have seen. The reviews of your images and videos before submission is impossible to pass. I had a picture of firefighters putting out a fire and it said the smoke was noise and pixelation damage. If you submit a video of a beach and the water comes up to the camera level, they say its obstructing the view. Use Pond5 or Adobe or some other site, because shutterstock is a joke and should be shut down.

Unstable and not reliable

We did our research and reviewed the features of Jotform as an alternative to other online tools. After spending many hours learning how to use Jotform and creating a survey that we were just about to release this week Jotform abruptly suspended our account via their anti-phishing AI. Response time to address this is too slow and at this time we are unsure if we will get access to our account back. We are a legitimate entity, paying for a service. We can't afford to have our survey down for hours, days or forever half way through a project. We see that many other businesses have had this issue. Repeatedly. Sports venues. Medical services. Accountants. All stuck with no access while their business goes kaput. No business could operate with this level of instability. We can't. Be warned. It is a shame that we put so much effort into Jotform, to have this outcome. It had potential but it is too unstable for real world use.Update - Jotform has responded below with suggestions for assistance. We appreciate attempts at resolution and we do hope that our account is reinstated so we can do a full back up of our material, but our review remains at 1 star. Jotform's outreach does not change the key issue that an account can be abruptly suspended, disrupting a project. We did not get a warning. Our survey interface has been down for 6 hours. This is too unstable. After this happened we read reviews and observe other companies being repeatedly suspended, after being reinstated, after paying, etc. We are moving on to find other options once we have backed up our materials.

This company and service are not only a tyrant in the internet space but fundamentally flawed. I cannot believe this is the company we entrust out data to.And on a final note, they mention that the might send me a survey after the enquiry had come to a close, but of course they didn't. My assumption: because I have nothing positive to say about them as they fundamentally screwed me and thus wish to peddle their propaganda like ratings.
