Driver decided to cancel my order simply because I’d left delivery instructions as the estimated time had changed and I’d be at work. Do you remember the good old days where they’d simply try and redeliver the following working day? Apparently thats a thing of the past just because the driver can’t be arsed.Now I have to wait up to two weeks for a refund, but managed to get the same things cheaper elsewhere, which isn’t hard given how everything is listed at marked up prices anyway. I’ve long since stopped using prime when it was apparent that their ‘free delivery with prime’ items cost a couple of £ more than the items without it, despite prime membership touting free delivery. Too big for its own good now, I’ll buy my things elsewhere.

RTE remains an 'old boys club' with fat cats lining each others pockets from hard working peoples license fees. This is evident in programming that is stuck in 1980, along with an on demand app that a kid made up in 2nd year high school technology class. If the fee was based on the output of RTE and how many people consume it, it would be €1 per year. RTE remains only due to legal threat of prosecution for the fees, it should be left to wither and rot.

bol,com you are the worst order service to get in touch with that i have ever known, you chose post nl which is one of the worst couriers known , i was waiting on my order twice they changed the delivery time, the second time i waited outside for an hour he came to the top of the road saw me and stopped and turned round and drove off i tried to get in contact with you on the telephone on a number which i might add is non existent , so i am saying to you now , I would like money back in my bank and my account closed, you have employed a horrific courier who cannot work out streets outside a city, and isnt bothered if they deliver or not, post nl i think they are called so doesn t deliver 63 euros in all i paid, i will go to my bank and and ask them to get the money back your customer service is terrible and the robot whats that all about ?, guys do not go to bol,com and never ever have packages deliverd by pots ,nl both these companies need to be shot thanks and merry christmas to you bol.com and post nl you are the worst,'

Trying to pay the ULEZ charge to drive through London, terrible website, no receipt despite requesting one, took money but no way to evidence the purchase. Can't sign in to my account as I cant remember customer ID but there is inexplicably no facility to use an email address to retrieve it. Emailed customer service to rectify and no response. Just shoddy all round

So after 5 weeks from placing my order, I am still to receive my goods. I have contacted Urban Outfitters throughout this period with responses like “be rest assured, we will despatch your order ASAP”. Who is running this company? Clowns??? Absolute joke!!!!! I have now requested a full refund but after reading previous reviews, I am not even convinced I will receive that. Watch this space….

DO NOT USE SEATGEEK! if the venue for the show you want to go see has an exclusive agreement with SeatGeek, travel, and go to another venue so that you can buy your ticket on Ticketmaster!! I am so disgusted with my experience, they don’t have real customer service, all you can do is send messages through an app and it is so useless! I have tickets to a concert and MONTHS after the tickets were sold, there was a production change that caused my seats in my section to no longer exist. Other venues have already PROACTIVELY started transferring people in my position to other seats. I’ve contacted SEATGEEK to try to figure out if I can get my new seat, because I VERY intentionally picked an aisle seat on the floor- and NOT a pit section and NOT a seat in the stands because that is where I needed to be for health reasons nor the experience I wanted. I cannot stand for three hours, four hours, five hours at a concert so I paid almost $3000 and picked my seats and NOW that there’s this production change my section is 100% gone. It wouldn’t be so bad if I could contact SEATGEEK and they would behave decently like Ticketmaster and allow me to pick another seat, even if I had to pay a transfer fee, at least I would have the ability to pick somewhere else to sit. Instead, they’re just telling me the show is 3 months away and not to worry about it. I KNOW the show is three months away, and tickets are STILL on sale which means people are still buying seats which means by the time the show gets in town to be set up, I won’t even have a comparable place to be moved to!!!! That is NOT fair to me. I am so disgusted. My seats are expensive, second row, asile seats! I am never ever buying another ticket to another show at Northwest Stadium as long as they force you to get your tickets through SeatGeek! I think it is very irresponsible and LAZY customer service to continue to sell tickets to a show that you know has a change in the seating floor plan, when you have a customer who has paid thousands of dollars for their seat and you won’t do a single thing to let them transfer to a different seat. By the time the show comes to town they will put me God knows where and then tell me there isn’t anything they can do to help me. Avoid SeatGeek at ALL costs! If you have an issue happens that is beyond your control, they will not help you. You will never be in touch with a real person. They have completely ruined my experience for a show I paid almost $3000 to see! I am SO disgusted!!!

Where do I start??? MSN has to have one of the most racist yet discriminatory news article comment section in this country! What if a young child see’s these comments? People should not be using this vile language on a platform made for all Americans. What happened to human decency? I do respect freedom of speech, but to just clearly expose of hatred of another group of people is absolutely ridiculous MSN. Please monitor these comments! There are other people in this country too! I am fearful for the future because of this constant mindset and frustration of people because of the casting for diversity for TV characters that are not even real! Young children are exposed to these things! This could do more damage in the long run. Please make some changes to your guidelines MSN.

Awful scammers. Once you sign up with contact details they will call you non-stop. I get calls every day. They are awful on the phone too. Really bad human beings. I feel sorry for the people who work there because they probably just need the money, but still... They say they will not remove phone number from database, outright.

Why can't Ikea include a paper diagram of how to adjust the door hinges.This is the last Ikea item I will buy. Had issues with furniture missing predrilled holes for screws. The worst customer service of any company too.
