The game pass has good games but no new games for months is crazy and I forgot to cancel and they didn't send me an email a couple of days ago saying that my subscription was going to expire and that I wanted to keep it. And because of that, I paid for a month's subscription so I don't play any games on Game Pass.
i had to call the xbox customer service about the abox being buggy and was told to do a factory reset wich i have done and still get issues and i bought the new forza horizon game wich is not cheap and it has so many problems it is laughable and they told me that i corrupted the install because. i installed it onto an exsternal 5tb hdd and to install it onto the internal hdd wich is only 1tb and with six games it is half full i was told that the new xbox wont support exsternal hdd apart from certified one wich is a joke on it`s own anyway back to the game it has so many bugs and problems it is so bad and i wish i did not buy it nor the new xbox i should have never givin away, my xbox one the track on the game goes like black glass and keeps the suggested racing ling the backround is so buggy it is nuts cars change make modle and colour and the company that made the game wich it call turn 10 studios wich is part of microsoft and as far as i can tell there is no fix for it nor is there a fix coming and they are aware of the issues the game was one of the best driving games out now i wish i did not buy it waste of money
Extremely Disappointing Microsoft Warranty Service – My Product Has Been Missing for 2 Months!Complaint Message:On March 25, 2025, I submitted a warranty service request for my Xbox Wireless Controller - Carbon Black (2020) due to a drift issue with the left analog stick. At the time of submission, I was informed that Microsoft would arrange a courier pickup. However, after waiting for a full month with no progress, I decided to send the controller myself via UPS Turkey, and it was successfully delivered to Microsoft on May 7, 2025, at 08:43:07.Unfortunately, even though it has been over two months since the product was received, no action has been taken. I have submitted multiple support tickets, but have received no meaningful response. Eventually, after a lot of effort, I managed to reach a representative who cancelled the original request and created a new service request on May 24, 2025.That new request has also gone nowhere — it is still stuck in the "Order Created" stage. There is no reachable email address, no live support agents on the website, and no one answering phone calls except automated messages. This entire process has been utterly unresponsive and frustrating.Microsoft has had my controller for two months, and I still have no information on its status. At this point, I would be willing to accept the product back without any service performed, but I can't even find someone to speak to about that.I haven't been able to use my controller for three months. I never expected such a disappointing experience from one of the world’s leading hardware brands.
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the permanent suspension of my Xbox account, which I believe was issued unfairly and without sufficient justification or communication.On May 15, 2025, my personal computer was infected with a trojan virus, which may have caused unauthorized activity on my account. Upon discovering the security breach, I immediately took corrective action by performing a full system reset on May 29, 2025, to remove any remaining threats and secure my information.Shortly thereafter, I was notified that my Xbox account had been permanently suspended. I was not provided with clear details about the violation, nor was I given an opportunity to understand or appeal the decision. This has resulted in the loss of access to my digital purchases, most notably Minecraft, which I had legitimately bought through my account.I respectfully request the following:A complete explanation of the reason for the permanent suspension.Any evidence or logs that justify the action.A formal review of my case in light of the security breach.Either the reinstatement of my account or an alternative solution, such as restoring access to my paid games or transferring them to a new account.I am a responsible and honest customer who has taken every possible step to ensure the security of my account. I feel strongly that this situation has been mishandled, and I request that Microsoft/Xbox reconsider their decision.
