Great website! Great for chess!

Great website! but my only complaint is of abandonment. I disconnect for 5 seconds and the game autoresigns immediately. I would want it to be at least 1 minute but other then that, great site, I don't know what these people who hate it mean.

Technical Issue Resolved

(User Name: HalfEmptyHarry - Diamond since May 2020) I had an issue with the challenges attached to lessons. All the sudden, I wasn't able to see anything on my screen. I've been extremely happy with Chess.com and this was the first issue I've had.I contacted Chess.com via this system they have embedded in the site where you can take screenshots, highlight things, and use arrows to point to the problem. I was replied to by email and got a guy named Darvin. He suggested the usual preliminary stuff like clearing the cache and cookies, using the latest browser, etc. I assured him that I already did all that.The thing was- when I was signed in, I couldn't access the challenges but when I signed out, I could. I gave Darvin the information and he quickly suggested I change my animation settings (when a piece moves, it's animated) to the default setting. That was the trick! I turns out that this week, I changed my settings just to see something new - I changed the style of animation from medium (default) to arcade. To be fair, it SHOULD work, but it's buggy for some reason. I'm sure they'll iron that out because the guy said I wasn't the only one having that problem. I'm just happy he hooked it up because it was driving me up a damned wall. Overall, I'm very happy and would recommend the site to anyone - especially nerdy people (like me) who like a lot of detailed, in-depth breakdowns, tutorials from grandmasters, video lessons with attached challenges and achievements.. etc. Seriously, there's so much content on that site, you couldn't access it all in one lifetime. Cheers.

Really shocking products and support.

Really shocked to see so many bad reviews, wished I checked before buying expensive nest door bell. Lasted just over a year, customer support is useless. Luckily my son's door bell broke within a year so he got it replaced. Needless to say will not be touching any of their products again.

Multi billion brand provide zero customer service

You would expect better from one of the biggest brands in the world. Forget the up to 10 days to reply, it should say we probably won’t reply. 2 emails sent in November/ December and no response which resulted in account problems. Forget chat, nobody is available and if you get on, your in a queue that just makes you wait and wait and wait. Missing bricks, I’m waiting of 2 separate stalling 2 helmet builds. One month on, not even a despatch email. Appreciate they are busy, it’s not long after Christmas, but to send no info, no replies, zilch, is just wasting our time after we have spent a small fortune on sets. Non existent customer service.

I just want to follow up on my previous review, my terrible experience with Wish has showed me something I never thought about when dealing with an overseas company, what are my legal remedies when they don’t give you what you ordered and won’t give you what you ordered or your money back? I’m doing my research and will give an update when I have a suitable resolution. If you have an issue with a domestic company, you can contact your State’s attorney general’s office and they can intervene on your behalf.

Short term users, big time fans!

We have just been using Typeform for few weeks, but we have already seen huge benefits from it's offerings. The versatility of the system and simplicity of both the CMS and front end are huge benefits for our work-efficiency.I would heartily recommend the system to anyone, the fact that it can be so bespokeable means you can integrate it into the most tightly managed brand and easily into tons of other digital systems, and we use it for market research to contact sign-ups.

Review of tiktok

Banned for no reason with no warning

I joined TikTok a few weeks ago. I was actually going to delete my account, so I went to the site about a week later and found that I was logged out. When I tried to log in, I was told "too many login attempts" (i only tried to log in once) and then the next day, when I returned to attempt again, I found I was permanently banned without even a warning. I've tried contacting TikTok about the issue and they keep telling me after reviewing my account, I am banned permanently. They will not tell me why and I honestly couldn't tell you what I did wrong.
