I forgot my password to my "parents"- email and guess what !!
I had to reset my XBOX and make a new email account, because my old email account was linked to the old xbox account and since it is almost impossible to link an old email to a new gamertag i had to make a new email.
Could Microsoft help me with obtaining the password to the "parents"- email??
The anwser is: NO !!!!!!!!!
So to all of you out there DONT EVER FORGET YOUR PASSWORD TO YOUR "Parents"- email !!

Microsoft is a incompetent concern !! Who needs a phone number which you can call not a stupid web-forum.
If xbox live was free, or at least if they would then filter those trolls ang get them banned or something like that. They ruin what I payed for, and also if you charge us for additional content and games on live, which is fine, I think you've got enough money to make live free service. We also need more exclusive games on 360, cause PS3 and Wii are killing it. Take care.
I have had a number of Xbox 360 units over the years, not by choice but due to the red ring of death that most of us know and love ...wait not love , I mean hate. Lets face it the Xbox is the best gaming system money can buy....when it is working. So thank you microsoft for making it but come on guys when it goes wrong you need to step up your game more then "we can repair it for $160 and it will be 6 - 10 weeks" you know you have us by the short hairs on that one so be more gentle.
