Having constant bugs with the Microsoft store app, causing all other downloads to run slow! No customer supports available apart from a chat bot, avoid if your considering buying a xbox console

Terrible service

Terrible service. My account was hacked and email changed. I've tried phoning them over and over and filled out a form online twice now. I've still not heard back from them. It's terrible that you can care so little about this sort of thing. My Netflix account was hacked as well at the same time, same thing email and password changed but it only took one phone call for them to fix it.I'm ready to give up leaving myself out of pocket for all the games I've bought because I don't know what else to do but I will sell the xbox and change to PlayStation

Idk where are all these negative…

Idk where are all these negative reviews coming from but if you’re still debating Xbox in 2025, I don’t even know what to tell you. It's reliable, powerful, and constantly improving Game Pass alone is worth the price of admission. Microsoft actually LISTENS to its users and it shows. Seamless updates, solid build quality, and a lineup that doesn’t just cater to the 13-year-old boy demographic. If you’re not happy with your Xbox, that’s a you problem. 4 stars because there's always room for better :)

your servers and speed are patchetic at times

lets call it short downloading a game on steam or epic is litrally anythin uses full 200 Mbps network bandwith , your games 200 - 13 to 0 then again 50 then 140 then 80 , why so inconsistent only happens on the pc xbox app .

DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY!!! Half the time the game pass has issue. Xbox WiFi is some of the worst wifi you can have the displeasure of trying to use. It’s sad because I grew up playing Xbox and Xbox 360 but the glory days are long gone! Go PlayStation or pc if you want to game. Avoid Xbox if you want to enjoy gaming.

Ugh... bad customer service. Crappy xbox

Got very excited about my new XBox x series. Bought it for AC Shadows. Because Microsoft did not make this game for xbox One! The x series does notcwork. It starts, but gets stuck on the logo. Support was useless. So now I have to return this thing after 2 hours of trying. Not cool XBox! I am a year long customer of xbox, never seen your qualitu so bad. A financial compensatie would be the least. Ugh is all i have left to say

Used to be good now sucks

Back in the mid 2000s this place was amazing. Call 1800 4 my xbox and talk to someone who would help you. Now it's a joke. You cannot talk to anyone and are actually sent on a wild goose chase in circles and no help Givin. Lost a 15+ year account due to corporate greed.
