I have been a customer of Amazon for many years and spent a lot of money with them - I often sing their praises to other people as it is a slick efficient operation. Sadly I have to take of a star because of poor recent service. I received a small fibre optic Christmas tree on the 5th Dec. It was poor quality and looked nothing like the picture. I notified them of the problem but they informed me that I had to pay the return delivery charge. I spoke to them on the phone to object to having to pay this and would not be doing so.Following a long conversation they told me to throw the tree away or give to a charity and thus avoid the charge. They said that my credit card a/c would be credited with the full purchase amount. A couple of weeks passed and no refund. I phoned again and they seemed to have no record of my previous call, so I told them the same story again and after a long talk and my confirmation that the tree had been given to a charity they confirmed that full refund would follow.As at today no refund has been received - what is going on ?? I am very disappointed with this lack of care and attention.

They delete and order without sending mails or anything.The customer service don't know what happened and they are neither able to restore the order, the items are now not available anymore and I cannot do anymore the order. Just don't trust them. They probably put good prices just to attract people and after they just delete the orders with too much discount.

The worst customer service experience of all. Please, please, please, don't waste your money on a NOKIA phone, if it doesn't work and you need support, you will not get support. Please don't waste your hard earned money. If I could give this company no stars, I would.

We signed up for ESPN+ to watch UFC. The replay is absolutely horrible. You would think this company would be able to figure out how to fast forward and rewind without making me guess where I am in the fights. Additionally, we watch my daughter's college soccer games and the cameraman CANNOT keep the camera on the ball. We miss everything on the ends. It's either jerking around or stuck in 1 spot. Get it together ESPN! You should be up on technology like other services. It seems as though you're barely knowledgable about this stuff. What a waste of time.

My truck got stuck on my property and I called AAA to come pull it out of the mud at 1 PM. It is now 9:35 PM and after numerous calls talking to supervisors I have yet to see a tow truck. I had to cancel appointments, miss events and now it is dark and raining. I am going to bed soon and in the morning I will call a tow truck to come and pull it out, then sue AAA for cost and lost time.

Reached out to Google support via their chat due to the fact you can’t speak to a human being at Google. The chat agent did not really read a thing I said and continued to just repeat himself over and over. I ended up asking for a supervisor to contact me, the agent said within 24 hours a supervisor would email. lol I reached out to them to save them time by advising them to cancel a previous case I opened through the play store as I no longer required assistance. Surely Google has the means to close a support ticket lol hard to find good help these days.

Garbage brand/website. I would say that 90% of their items are on back order/ pre order and you shouldn’t expect to get any items for many weeks. I ordered a duvet cover that was supposed to be shipped right away only to discover the day after purchasing that it was back ordered and wouldn’t ship for another 1.5 months.

I leaving 1 star because there isn't an option for zero stars. I don't even know where to begin. I was to receive a shipment from a company in California on June 18th. This was changed to June 19th between 12:50 and 2:50. I was repeatedly notified that the item was "out for delivery". To me this means it's on the damn truck. At 1:30 on the 19th a FEDEX truck stopped at my house, the driver went in the back, returned to his seat and drove away. As my original delivery window expired it was changed to between 7:00 to 8:00 pm then by 10:00 pm and finally changed to June 20th. Keep in mind this item requires a signature so they've effectively tied me up for 3 days and supposedly it was on the truck all day. The excuse given (twice) was high volume. It was supposedly on the truck so how does high volume affect that. The kicker ... 1 of the items was a gift so I'm scrambling for a replacement. Their attitude is that we are at their mercy and we'll accept the level of service they decide to offer. Well from today forward I will not order from anyone who ships with FEDEX. I'll find an alternative company or do without.
