Review Time
Got myself an Xbox for Xmas. I’m on such a downer today because I have discovered the gamer rep, I’ve only been playing a couple of weeks and someone must have left me neg feedback. I can’t even think why they would have done that. I did have my mic connected but vol was too low to even hear me. I think the review/rep system is awful and makes new players like me feel terrible and scared that I won’t get matches. Why can’t new players find their feet first and I didn’t even know a type of review system existed. Came to trust pilot to see that Xbox reviews on the company are shocking, now you know how it feels.
Microsoft are the biggest extortionate corporation out there the Xbox is a disgrace for its storage they are a disgusting rip off company. they no games take up alot of storage but give you sod all storage on there consoles we are in the 21st century not the 80's all there interested in is making you the customer pay more Greed Greed Greed that's all Microsoft are
Bought an Xbox at GameStop and they sold me a stolen Xbox. Xbox ban the console and we tried to explain to them. They said we had to put on an appeal but there’s no way to place that appeal. You can’t talk to anyone about it and they won’t help. Also call Microsoft they don’t help either!!! And by the way GameStop will not back their products either!!!
My 6 year old son managed to spend £240 on the xbox, An online refund request was refused and I was not allowed to speak to anyone about it! A company that has sales in excess of $250bn failing to engage with customers and happy for 6 year olds to make purchases!I had a pin to prevent unauthorised payments, but xbox then automatically used the same pin to log into games, so my son learnt it!
i used to be a xbox user i have now realised xbox sucks and so does playstation.steam and nintendo are the good optionsxbox has set the bar so low with hefty console subscriptions lackluster sales non inavitive console desing unusable pc app. overpriced hardware 0 exclusives there only possitive is that unlikec plastation they actualy have games the ps5s game library is tinly and also i know nintendo now have a console subscription wich i hate but its less expensive
Worst Customer supportYou'd spend so much time detailing your query and explaining what's going on hoping they would get it right just for someone from their support team to read the first line of your email, give a completely random answer and they would hang up on you and never answer backWhat a shame
