Watch out for expensive extra charges. The subscription isn't the only price you will be paying. If you're just a semi-serious Ahrefs user, chances are the subscription costs will be 20-40% higher, as you will easily exceed their new "reports limitation". Basically every action inside Ahrefs will consume a credit, and without notifying you they will just add on extra costs to your invoice.You're in for a very nasty surprise if you dont keep an eye on this.Very greedy move ngl.

Once a beacon in the SEO tools landscape, Ahrefs has unfortunately plummeted into a state of despair. The tool has become a shadow of its former self. To add insult to injury, Ahrefs has introduced an opaque credit system that nickel-and-dimes you at every turn, charging for features that were once standard and freely available. This not only hampers productivity but also makes it virtually impossible to utilize the tool to its full potential without incurring exorbitant fees. In its current state, Ahrefs is a stark example of how not to evolve a digital tool, prioritizing profit over user experience and utility.

I have just had £166.80 taken out of my PayPal account without warning. I wrote immediately to the company that I had received no notice of this intended payment. I request a refund indicating that I had recently retired as an academic and no longer required their services. The email reply says that they do not issue refunds - this practice is highly illegal. They need to be reported as they are scamming their own customers by NOT offering a refund and assume they can take your money forever more! Deplorable - what a way to run a business.

Sent an alimony payment on 12/31/22 and it's lost in Venmo Hell. The X and I have been on the phone with Venmo several times only to find that the money was sent to Coastal Community Bank which is not a bank that either one of us use. Venmo's response, "give us a week to 10 days to figure it out." Meanwhile, I have to cut another alimony check. DO NOT USE VENMO! They are hacked and their security is complete horse shiite!

Terrible company and horrible app! It is unbelievable in this day and age of all things digital that a company who handles people's money should not be able to tell you where your money is at any moment. A business paid me on January 22nd through Venmo. I requested an "instant transfer" which they charged me $18 to do. Here it is the 27th and still no money. I get into a chat with Santiago and he looks into it. He then tells me he has to "escalate" the case and that the department that handles that can take up to 6-7 days to get back to you but could be sooner. This is absurd. I have worked in the accounting field for over 30 years and any time I have called a bank they knew the exact issue and resolved it within the same business day or by the next one at the latest. Absolute garbage that this company cannot do the same. The only decent thing they did was to refund the "instant transfer" charge. Other than that this company is garbage! Stay away!

Started a free trial 11th July 2022.Was advised on the website that I could cancel the subscription via email. I sent an email to cancel the subscription two days later 13th July as I found I didn’t enjoy the content of the service (case 20672346).Unknowingly I would be charged 12.99 EUR for the next 10 months (Aug 2022 to May 2023) and 19.99 for the last 3 months (June 2023 to Sep 2023).I never used the service and they confirmed they could see this over the phone when I called today. Never have I had to cancel a subscription over phone. Email is always enough. Please give me a full refund for 189.87 EUR!They only gave me a 3 month refund of 59.97.Will delete this review if provided a full refund.

I had been a Fusion user for many years, and was becoming more dissatisfied as the years went by. I finally got so frustrated with it that I started thinking of buying a PC. I moved from Fusion to Parallels and I was frankly amazed at the speed and functionality and integration that Parallels offered. It was jaw dropping. I couldn't be happier.

The major work was my conservatory which was in a sorry state after 30 plus years of wear and tear. I was considering demolishing it. I'm glad I didn't! Aron from Window geeks refurbished it with new seals, a replacement double glazed window. new window hinges, new door handles and replacement door rollers at a very reasonable cost. Well pleased with the result.
