If I could a zero rating on this review I would. infuriated by the lack of support, understanding and asking the same innane questions over and over again.This case was raised, when I specifically told them that my call related to an existing case .I was getting nowhere hence I called the help desk and have finally got some movement on the issue. The problem is definitely not resolved and I have had to totally redesign the way my reports have been configured due the complete lack of action of the help desk and your technical support.Not happy in the least

Review:I would highly recommend against the Venmo Credit Card. Synchrony Bank (Venmo’s parent company) will continuously take all of your money in fees and interest, and if you ever actually have an issue such as a fraudulent charge, their customer service is appalling and they have clearly shown that the customer does not matter. In my case, I had a fraudulent charge of $1,400 against my Venmo Credit Card. When I reported the fraudulent charge to Venmo, they initially refunded the fraudulent amount back to my account. During the investigation, I even pressed charges with the police as my card number was used in Pennsylvania while I was at home in Georgia, and they found the woman on security video using a scammed card with my Venmo Credit Card number. However, after Venmo’s “formal” review, which took around 60 days, Venmo reversed their decision and charged my account the full amount of the $1400 fraudulent charge plus ALL accumulated interest from the $1,400 fraudulent charge, and Venmo had since refused to provide an explanation as to why they reversed the credit of the fraudulent amount on my account. Since then (March 2023 - so going on 9 months now), Venmo management has continuously refused to explain why they reversed the credit to my account after 100 different attempts to speak with customer service via phone calls, in-app chat, email, and even a written letter. Never have I been treated this way as a customer by any credit card company or bank, and since then I have filed multiple disputes (which I recently won one of the disputes) with each of the Credit Bureaus. Besides this awful experience with Venmo, the card itself has insanely high interest, ridiculous fees, very low chance of receiving a credit line increase, even with a credit score of 755, and ABSOLUTELY AWFUL PATHETIC Customer Service (if that is what they want to call it). Their customer service representatives are rude, the managers / supervisors are even worse and actually talk to you, the customer, as if you are an idiot. On more than 1 occasion, I had a supervisor yell at ME for requesting the documentation from Venmo’s “formal review” of the disputed fraudulent charge, which was vehemently denied by Synchrony Bank. All in all, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THE VENMO CREDIT CARD! DO NOT GET A VENMO CREDIT CARD! There are so many better credit card companies, and Venmo Credit Card is by far the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM THE VENMO CREDIT CARD!!!

Don't get virtual Target gift cards. They don't work! Their site produces different errors when you try to apply them. The process to apply them is a hassle: the app and target.com make you jump through many hoops just to get to a page where you can try to add the gift card balance. Then it errors out with a generic "cannot do this at this time". Online Customer Service is non existent. I'm still waiting to "be connected to a representative".

But it was all worth it.
Only i was really disappointed that Songkick didn't arranged VIP reserved places in the venue.
And we needed to stand as last in the crowd so more VIP customers complainted about no reserved places for the VIP so i feel also disappointed because the VIP isn't cheap and that we need to stand as last in the crowd.

They are just like every other social media platform. They are quick to judge a reported comment before finding out the necessary reasons behind the comment... basically 1984 everyone into reading things about technology... and barely anything else... and there is far more subjects being writen that i am interested in... and rarely show up... i used medium primarily to read as a pass time... but that became stale when i ended up reading the same crap. And slowly devolved into a larger pile of crap while not even taking into consideration i was interested in music theory...

Received a gift subscription and have been trying for two weeks to make get the subscription started. Nothing seems to work as the signup process always gets stuck at the same point. Contacted customer service three days ago and no response. Will ask subscription giver to tell CC company to ask for money back since magazine is undelivered. Not bothering with the Economist in the future.

If I could give Bing a zero, I would. I have changed my search settings so many times, but no matter how many times I change it. Bing keeps hijacking my search browser. I will never intentionally used Bing because of this fact. I'll be right where I need in a google search, getting the information I need, then Bing hijacks my browser and then I loose where I left off. Whoever thought hijacking other peoples browsers was a good idea, needs to get fired. I have my browser set at Google and no matter how many time I re-set it. Bing always comes back. I'm beyond angry!

I purchased an iPhone 15 almost 9 weeks ago. I was having problems with it from the very beginning. I have been to the Apple Store numerous times I have called almost every day been getting different answers from different people. Nothing has ever been resolved. I am in my phone 24 seven I bought this phone specifically because I was having issues with fraud. I then had to freeze my Social Security number because I thought my phone was still being hacked. I found out today that I am part of Apple‘s App Store developer program, which I never gave consent for and they are doing nothing about it. They are making me create another account by wiping my phone from my daughter’s mac I have emails from two different Apple letterhead when I attempt to go on support.apple.com I’m transferred to get support this has been a nightmare I have taken so many screenshots and screen recordings. They are constantly deleted or edit it. I was then sending them to my daughter‘s phone who also has an apple. This just happened yesterday. The text with the screenshots that I sent her were completely deleted from her phone. If I didn’t see this with my own two eyes, I would never believe it I cannot believe they can do this to people I’m living an absolute nightmare, and I am getting a lawyer.
