What a joke.. I was in a session playing GTA 5 today.. when some corrupt Muppet came in the session and was constantly blowing me up and destroying everything I was doing in the game...I ignored it... then changed sessions... he followed me to another session the kept repeating it again... so he sent me messages being rude and.nasty about my family how he wants to.find where I live and kill my family... this Muppet then even had the audacity to report me to Rockstar for (not) acknowledge his messages ect.. and I get a suspension... Rockstar need to get a grip and.sort these idiots out.... can't even play a decent game these days without idiots like this ruining it for everyone else...Microsoft seem to side and agree with the ones causing the issues....Grow up microsoft... look after your genuine players not the griefers...
I can not believe how XBOX can get away with taking £90 from me for Fifa 25 that does not work properly, has never worked properly and are refusing to give me a refund!! Career mode does not work, my young son has not been able to use it at all, and this was his birthday present. I have tried all trouble shooters provided by both EA and Xbox. Both have admitted they can not solve the issue, and are blaming each other. Xbox have admitted the refund needs to come from them, and yet they are still refusing to give me a refund, this is nothing short of theft. How can a multi national company not have a refund service where you can actually talk to someone? This can only be done online, and then I just get an automated email response refusing my refund, where it is obviously not even been looked at. I have wasted hours trying to get this problem resolved. I would never, ever recommend Xbox to anyone ever. I have had to give them the one star as it won't let me give them zero.
The controllers are trash. Easily get stick drift. 3 mnth warrenty what a joke . I sold my ps5 slim for a new digital series x that was just released the system world great but the controllers are garbage. Should of stayed Sony! I have issues out the box. Right analog grinding bad and a and b button sometimes doesn’t register.Microsoft is a horrible company..Was on the phone with a rep. Just disconnected. Big surprise. I have been a big x box fan since 2007 august… Thanks Microsoft😡😡
Absolutely diabolical customer service. Purchased a game which was extremely glitchy and kept crashing. Followed the troubleshooting advice but couldn’t fix it. After further investigation it turned out that the game in question was well known to perform poorly on series s. Applied for a refund and wad denied. Only had the game for 20 minutes! 🖕you Microsoft you are the most uncaring unhelpful company I have EVER dealt with.
I called xbox support because my charge to mobile when buying anything on xbox is saying iv reached my limit so I called support explained my issue to them get put on hold for a whole 30 mins than told that the issue with billing has been fixed told to try again in a couple of hours still don't work so I call next day explained again this time close to a hour on hold had no choice but to end call nobody got back to me while on hold why is xbox support so bad it's a joke
