My Xbox seies x only lasted two month before braking and I've had two of them with the same fault. Turns itself on for no reason, will not turn off and starts to overheat, end up pulling the plug to cut power. Th

Sorry there isn't a star lower which is a shame I'd give them a -star. So hears the deal I've been waiting on my pre-order payment to be request since the 5th October and today is the 18th October. Microsoft store staff are outsourced and trained on the same book as many other outsourced trainers use which is beyond a joke. Now going back to the pre-order was due to be release on Tuesday 15th October but was put back to Thursday the 17th October it's now the Friday the 18th October. 1) No request to my bank for the money and yes my bank card is upto date and the information is correct. 2) no notification of release date change in any shape or forum. 3) Microsoft store staff just tell you what you want to her backseat they don't know how to deal with the situation. 4) no communication between the warehouse to the office to the staff. Mmm before I forget 1 outsourced staff member on Saturday 12th October told me the my console was at my local warehouse waiting to be shipped. That phone call was at 12:43pm. I'm sorry to have to say this but any one who reads this please for the love of God, go to a different brand of console keep away from xbox.

multiple phone calls failed to resolve…

multiple phone calls failed to resolve issue with Xbox X. customer service reps were hard to understand, didn't listen, made me repeat myself. Sending the device in to be repaired failed. Additional phone calls for help were dropped and no one called me back. Finally asked to speak with supervisor. Was told supervisor would call me back in several hours, forcing me to spend entire day waiting around home so that when supervisor eventually called me back, I could address the problems with the console. Unbelievably bad service.Don't buy an Xbox!

Xbox downfall

At first for years it was great but then they changed the Xbox ultimate to two seperate catogories to make extra money smh and also I lost all my data cause it asked me if I wanted to reset my console ofc I didn’t want to I had to connect my remote to that Xbox and out of no where it just clicked the reset button and now it’s all gone ridiculous I’m going to PlayStation anyways Xbox just went down hill af

Microsoft.So pretty much, Microsoft defend child grooming, harassment, hate speech and stuff of the sort now? Since when the h*ll have I made an account, had it since 2018, spent who knows how much. All just to be harassed as a teen? So you’re pretty much telling me right here, right now, that 20, 30 year old men or whatever, are allowed to sit. And make multiple accounts, call me names, mock me, spam me and more? Oh yeah! Forgot that doesn’t break rules on Xbox cause each time I report them nothing ever happens. But me on the other hand? Oh I’ve been banned two times between two accounts for a year for defending myself. But I forgot, nothings bad unless I report or tell a child groomer to leave me alone, right? What they did (which I have no joke I’d say atleast 900 screenshots) of them harassing me, either mocking me or threatening me. Which by the way, Is illegal. Since the employees are obviously useless and have no education whatsoever. (British but this has been off a legit American website) “offensive conduct may include, but is not limited to, offensive jokes, slurs, epithets or name calling.” (Gov.uk) it’s usually defined as behaviour that is: repeated. Intended to hurt someone either psychically or emotionally. Often aimed at certain groups, for example because of race, religion, gender or sexual orientation.” Microsoft has a policy against harassment and others, no? Anyway. Now onto the p**ophiles. As said previously, I’m a teen. So why exactly should I have to put up with being told, by them, to give my socials over and send explicit messages, videos, and or photos. But sure, what happened to “we will protect our users”? Forgot though, that’s only in place for the child groomers, right? Bulls**t corrupt company.

MSFT is prejudice against Pakistanis…

MSFT is prejudice against Pakistanis and other ethnicities. Talked to their customer service agents multiple times after my account was blocked by them for making purchases online. Then when I returned to US and purchased a second xbox S, they blocked that account too. I even purchased xbox card from Costco but couldn't use it on my account online. They were supposed to have a supervisor call be back in August and it is now October but no reasoning or response after more than a dozen complaints. That only means that they are racists against certain type of people.I would recommend that people not buy any future Xbox (I will sell all 3 of mine and will ask the whole community of 50 household in Frisco Texas to do the same. Their "security" team apparently is the worst in the world or don't like to deal with open issues when people complain. I will also file a complaint to the bureau of consumer protection.Go buy Playstation instead. Solarman439 at outlook.

Please Sort your servers out its impossible to reach a human the drop down menu's only have a set amount of reasons nothing ever what you need, every few weeks i get the same as others have complained about false readings like high latency high packet loss totally bogus up and download speeds ive used the report a problem on the console many times but nothing gets done its always after a console update this happens

Wife's microsoft account got hacked…

Wife's microsoft account got hacked she reported it and she still got permabanned on her xbox account and now she can't play any games she payed for digital and can't get on her xbox ultimate accountgame pass she has till next year she has appealed the banned but has been ghosted from xbox and not heard anything from them, have been a very loyal xbox Consumer till all this has happen
