Purchased two 65in television have had the less than a year. One television stop working will not come on the other volume stopped working. Spoke with customer service about 4 months ago I was told someone would contact me to come out and service the televisions now 3 months have not heard from anyone and now can’t get help with customer service anymore. Will never purchase a Phillips product again and will never recommend.

Complaint reference, CF-0004944 still have not been able to get PALS to budge, they are one of the most incompetent organisations and will not issue me a final response either. They are still however refusing to pursue the complaint and I was also contacted by someone at Ombudsman who suggested I contact Information Commisioners Office, this was a complete and utter waste of time as I got through to someone who point blank refused to give me advice. I don't know if this person couldn't be bothered to do her job or was just intentionally being unhelpful.

Just been to the sandpiper Melton East yorkshire.book a table we arrived on time.the service was very slow ; the pub was not very but it still took 45 min for the food to arrive.i have to say the food was very poor ordered of the lunch time menu my husband ordered hunters chicken the portion was very mean not big enough for a child. Mix up on orders I ended up eating someone meal which I was told was a small fish and actually was a large one again very mean portion. Will not be going back

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for many years. I always have purchased my electronics and many smaller home appliances here. But today I am done.I purchased a set of Beats Studio Pro headphones for my wife for Christmas. We were going on a cruise and these were highly recommend for iPhones. My wife decided to use her iPods instead of these earphones and did not want them. I did not get a chance to return them until January 22, a week after the deadline. I understand return policies but hoped an exception might be made based on my past purchases, my Best Buy credit account history and having never returned anything. I was wrong. Though polite at the store, they basically told me I was out of luck but that I might chat with customer service.I did contact customer service but got the sales department who suggested I try the next day. I did do that and was connected to Benjamin in sales. After I explain my dilemma, he connected me to customer service who handled returns. After 30 minutes chatting with Angela in customer service, she said I was out of luck. Of course, she was sorry but she could do nothing. I asked to chat with her supervisor and she said she would connect me with him, a person named "John".I truly believe this was a dead mailbox because John, if he ever existed, never came on, even after 40 minutes. I spent a very long time waiting.I am convinced that Best Buy is trying its best to be the next Bed Bath and Beyond. It's customer service lacks service. It's lack of loyalty to loyal customers is telling.Yes, I was late in getting these back. I was over seas and did not want to spend the three days between Christmas and leaving by fighting the return line at Best Buy.There are other choices and, frankly, cheaper ones. I felt a sense of loyalty to Best But, but it was not reciprocated. So they have lost me as a customer by not even considering advancing my request or, at worst, sending me to phone wait pergatory. I hate writing a negative review because I know how important a good word is. But it is deserved.

Ordered a laptop and cancelled a few minutes later as realised I had ordered the wrong model. I then ordered the correct model and raised a cancellation request for the first order for which I received an acknowledgement. The following day I received a notification from Parcelforce saying they were going to deliver two items including the one I had requested cancellation for. I called the HP Helpdesk and was told to refuse delivery for the cancelled item and that a refund would be issued. I did what HP told me to do but more than 3 days later have yet to receive promised refund. Tried calling them yesterday and today but got the robotic message 'all our lines are busy' etc etc. Appalling customer service to say the least.

I paid for a cleaning service $180 and they never showed. A rep hung up on me. The phone number they then give you DOESNT work and isn’t taking calls. I want an immediate refund and will NEVER use THEM or recommend to my worst enemy. So unhappy I feel scammed. It feels so unprofessional and a giant waste of time be aware #homeadvisorscam!!!!Update they then reschedule me for a Wednesday this week without my my consent and sent me the confirmation letting me know I’ll be charged an additional $3. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!

Shopify is a scam. We have an app on Shopify and another 3rd party stole our code and sells it on the Shopify App Store as their own solution. We contacted Shopify and provided all information. They did nothing to help. The 3rd party still sells our code on the Shopify App Store. Shopify doesn't care about their partners that build solutions for Shopify for many years. Also the platform is missing many features available in all popular e-commerce platforms. No possibility to filter the products by price, no possibility to filter the products by colors or sizes, no option to display the product variants on the listing pages. There are hundreds of missing features I can describe. If you are looking for a professional e-commerce platform don't touch Shopify. It is only good for scammers who sell crap from Aliexpress.

This app's so-called "support" is terrible. I sent them 2 emails but they responded that we will take care of it, but they don't. When my account disabled, they accused me for being inhuman and discriminatory, but they don't give a picture. Now, there is no way to salvage this account from deactivation WHATSOEVER. Even 1 star is not worth it. Absolutely displeased.
