Since phill spencer is on xbox and implemented crossplay, the amount of cheaters its just ridiculous, theres no console only servers, theres no anti cheats, and people paying for subscriptions on a cheating environment. Xbox has no complain book and they dont ban cheaters even with proof. Complete garbage, i dont recomend this service to no one. Pure waste of money
I Was having an issue with gamepass ultimate free with rewards, earned 35000 points to get 3 months game pass ultimate for free, went to redeem my points and never recieved a code. 1 week and 5 representatives later still noone could help me. It took me 5 minutes to find and redeem my code through the Microsoft rewards site, under billing history. Not 1 of these people went and looked at my billing history....out of 5 fricking people! I Was told I would get call backs and never did. Was told I'd get emails and never did. Was disconnected twice. All around Super frustrating experience.
Nothing but technical problems since end of last year, controllers constantly press their own buttons, unable to use Rs & Ls, doubles all inputs so end up jumping across home screen or falling off end of map in game! Nothing fixes it, tried calibration, swapping batteries/chargers, wired controllers & bankrupted myself for a new controller only for it to keep happening! And according to the support, i am not important enough to be able to contact xbox support!!!! My gaming days were already fading from the astronomical pricing & now i am far passed done!!!Really wish i hadn't upgraded to series X/S! If it doesn't have the Internet they are effectively useless!!!
7 game pictures gone 2 banns gamer pic gone and group post many times disappeared everyone and developers know this problem if u a high lvl player ur attacked by haters if u contact reforcement u can’t do noting u come in a loop also if you contact support the only say go to this enforcement we’re u can do noting.Make foto’s of everything if u ask good questions the don’t answer and they let u in chat so u can’t give a bad review. Did dis everyday for 1 week 1 time After 9 hours no answer chat was gone and 100% aproval rating Dirty tactics also if u call u get a stupid ai we’re u can do nothing same problem dirty tactics was a great fan of Xbox but this is insane!,!
Tried to call, no number. Chatbot unhelpful. Want to speak to a human, they have £35 of my money and i want a refund for a game I've never been able to play because it wont load. Jumping through hoops only to be told by chatbot i cant have a callback. Seems I'm not the only one either. Unscrupulous immoral company.
