People XBOX IS DONE, the fact I bought a brand new Xbox series s in April, it would not start, sent it immediately back for repair, long story short my son has had to wait on 4 separate occasions for the Xbox to be sent for repair, only for it to come back with different issues, waiting 2 weeks at a time, they cancelled warranties on my account for whatever reasons, so now me and my son are now new fully fledged playstation gamers, F Xbox and their substandard customer service and service in general. No wonder they are soon to be dead in the water. PLAYSTATION IS THE WAY FORWARD.
Wow I finally got an Xbox series x! I try to put in Forza horizon 2(360 version) and it says error,that I can't play it? Like what the fck!? YOU SAID IT WAS BACKWARDS COMPATIBLE, SO LET ME PLAY A GAME THAT I BOUGHT. FCK YOU. NOW I HAVE TO RETURN 2 GAMES. WHAT ASS HOLES
Xbox customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. I was on with somebody and no response. They just left the phone running from a foreign call Center no response for about 10 minutes and just left the phone on the issue did not get resolved and no one tried to reach back out to fix the issue I would strongly recommend not using Xbox customer service if you’re trying to fix anything
Bought house flipper 2 instead of the first one. Asked for a refund & they denied it as I'd hit my refund limit for the year. I've never asked for a refund before, this was my first time. Now I'm stuck with a game I refuse to play as I was also hit with pronoun crap when I loaded the game. Didn't even play it for 5 minutes. I will be returning to ps after this, their customer service is way better. Xbox/Microsoft are just greedy everything is always a higher price in comparison.
10+ year Xbox owner and player but now Xbox is so bad, loading times awful, games selection awful. But by far the worst thing is cloud play it is absolute trash, never works, loading times ridiculous and just quits me out mid game constantly. My internet is great so that isn't the problem. DO BETTER.
Microsoft Customer Support is impossible.My son bought a game that wasn’t compatible with his steering wheel by accident; Tried to refund online and got an error. I’ve been trying to get support from Microsoft since September via Online, Twitter, Email, Requesting Callbacks and getting zero engagement - so frustrating for such a simple issue as refunding a game bought in error - they have zero respect for their customers with this service
my mumzy bought me an xbox 260 on tuesday and fortnite wont load for me. absolute bollocks. tried to return and xbox says to me that i cant return something i ddint buy. told my mother and she old me she got it near a cotnerhop by some dodgy fella down the road. whoever you are, I WILL FIND YOU.
Bought a series s not that long ago (about a year) after owning a one s for years prior. Had no problems with the one s the entirety of its lifespan and expected better from the new gen. What was delivered was a steaming pile of shit that never works, doesn’t have a disk drive, always has connection problems and barely has any internal storage which is for some reason required for most games now even though it wasn’t a problem for the last console.
