My xbox account was hacked then xbox banned the account. The reason was tampering with account. So players get punished for getting account hacked ? Never use xbox again.

Wont let me buy the cheap €6.99 game…

Wont let me buy the cheap €6.99 game pass but then I tried buying it on my phone and it charged me €19.99 and didn’t give me the game pass.

Absolutely Disappointed – Terrible Experience with Refund Process:: Valheim

I’m absolutely furious with the way this whole situation has been handled. I bought this game hoping for a smooth experience, but instead, I’ve been dealing with constant issues from the moment I tried to launch it. Every single time I try to play, the game gets stuck during startup, and I’ve spent hours trying every possible solution without any luck. In the beginning, everything worked fine, but as time went on, the game took longer and longer to start, and eventually, I couldn’t get it to run at all. I ended up purchasing the game on Steam, and surprise, surprise – it works perfectly there! The problem isn’t on my end; it’s clearly an issue with your software or platform. I requested a refund within the 14-day window as outlined on your website, but now I’m being told that I’m not eligible because I’ve "played" the game for a certain amount of time. This is absurd. The game worked initially, and it wasn’t until I had already invested time that the issues started. So, of course, I played it for a while – but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s your faulty platform causing the problem. This is a terrible customer experience, and I’m beyond frustrated. I expect a full refund, and if you don’t resolve this issue, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere permanently. I will not be recommending this service to anyone. It’s unacceptable.

Horrible services, horrible support.

Everything about Xbox is horrible now, their services, their support, EVERYTHING. They recently blocked my debit card off of the store claiming that It was used for suspicious activities as in it was a stolen one, I've been trying to contact them for over 2 months now and I just get useless answers that don't even help not even a bit, and yesterday I contacted them and I was REALLY infuriated because a lot of sales have passed and I could not benefit off of them, they tell me that they're gonna assist me and investigate the issue telling me that it's gonna take less than 24h but what's weird to me is they did not ask me for any documents to verify that it's my own debit card and I was very willing to cooperate and provide documents proving my ownership of the card and they just said that they found out that my card is fraudulent and its usage will not be reinstated this is what they said:"Due to suspicious activity associated with this account, we will not be reinstating this account and supporting further purchases. I understand the inconvenience this places on you, but we will be unable to provide further assistance regarding this account or the transactions."this is absolutely ridiculous, my region doesn't even have a store that I could buy games from and they're telling me to use only the services available in my region, I buy a $500 console just for them to tell me that I can't use it and can't buy games with it? absolutely ridiculous.

not as bad as people say it is

xbox isnt as bad as others say it is, but it does have issues. the ui is buggy as can be and game pass is overprice considering nothing but underwhelming can be used to describe the recent games they added. but xbox, and their consoles are some of the best you can buy for a casual gaming experience. maybe even competitive now that games can support up to 120hz, most games i play run fine, and the ones that dont never end up being worth playing anyway. quick resume is a nuisance but its not THAT much of a nuisance, overall id recommend both xbox and playstation. it depends on what games youd like to play

Xbox shut down

Xbox shut down. Said can’t do anything about it or fix Xbox. Need to upgrade to next model. Never getting one again

Xbox series X and S has to be the worst…

Xbox series X and S has to be the worst systems by far games very glitchy games and they only refund you on items $5 or less when majority of their game prices are above $60 no refunds on these items they find every excuse in the book not to buyers beware !!!!

Why after I complain did I receive bogus suspensions with no clear explanation…

I wanna know why after I complained to Xbox about every reported incident I reported with evidence clear as I reviewed what is needed to make sure my complaints were actionable why they all were found not to be actionable when ALL were racist and ALL had sufficient evidence submitted.the next day I received a suspension with no clear explanation of why and then after that suspension ended I received another suspension.this seems very very suspicious since I haven't had any reports on my account in at least 7 months and now after my complaints about Xbox suspensions just start rolling in without clear explanation and this newest suspension comes after the 1st I would say bogus suspension I haven't had ANY COMMUNICATION EITHER THROUGH VOICE OR MESSAGES ANY XBOX PLAYERS AT ALL HOW IS IT I GET A NEW 8 DAY SUSPENSION WITHOUT CLEAR EXPLANATION WHICH THIS TIME THERE COULD BE NONE BECAUSE I HAVEN'T HAD ANY COMMUNICATION WITH ANY XBOX PLAYERS SINCE COMING OFF 1ST SUSPENSION THAT AGAIN I SAY WAS BOGUS .I BEEN WITH XBOX MANY MANY YEARS AND HAVE Spent LITERALLY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS .

Not even worth one star

Not even worth one star. Bought FH before it got delisted to find out game crashes all the time same place. Asked refund - Denied. Today, tried again after driver update doesn't even login now. Tried to chat with support . They hanged up on me. Never buy anything gaming from these guys, better pay extra and go Valve!

SCAM WARNING: DO NOT GET GAMEPASS

WARNING: DO NOT GET THIS. IT IS A SCAM!!! I bought the Gamepass Ultimate subscription and it won't let me play. I'm surprised no one has sued Microsoft at this point. Worst company ever.
