I Was having an issue with gamepass ultimate free with rewards, earned 35000 points to get 3 months game pass ultimate for free, went to redeem my points and never recieved a code. 1 week and 5 representatives later still noone could help me. It took me 5 minutes to find and redeem my code through the Microsoft rewards site, under billing history. Not 1 of these people went and looked at my billing history....out of 5 fricking people! I Was told I would get call backs and never did. Was told I'd get emails and never did. Was disconnected twice. All around Super frustrating experience.
