If I could give NO stars then I would have. This airline is the worst ever. Takes peoples money fraudulently and retains funds that don’t belong to them. This constitutes THEFT. Absolutely disgusting to deal with. Their customer services are appalling and shouldn’t be in existence. I’m now in the process of contacting the President, once I can source an email address for him. If anyone can assist it’s Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum I wish to speak with. Tim Price their CEO had totally ignored me so I’ll pursue my complaint to the hierarchy of this dreadful organisation. Avoid at all costs they steal your money!!!

Review of booking
I am officially done with this clown show and strongly urge everyone to be extremely cautious when relying on Booking.com.They continue to list properties on their platform that are simply not available, leading to serious inconvenience, especially when you are traveling abroad. This has happened to me not once, not twice, but three times, each time leaving me stranded without a resolution and forced to book last-minute alternative accommodations at significantly higher prices.1. Great Hallingbury Manor & Lodges – London Stansted, UK2. Hotel Bristol – Sesto San Giovanni, Italy3. Résidence Égée – Cannes, FranceEach incident followed the same scenario. A confirmed booking was suddenly cancelled or unacknowledged by the property, and Booking.com offered zero practical support in resolving the matter. Their so-called "Genius Member" benefits turned out to be meaningless PR fluff. To add insult to injury, I was promised compensation on multiple occasions. After the Cannes incident, they offered me a paltry €46.74 credit for the inconvenience, and guess what? That never happened. Despite sending several reminders to their disinterested, robotic customer service, I received no response.Calling them is even worse. You will be greeted by a comically ineffective digital assistant that wastes 10 - 15 minutes of your time before pretending to transfer you to a live advisor, only to disconnect the call. It is a cruel joke for people who are genuinely stressed and in need of help.Booking.com may have been a reliable service years ago, but today they are unreliable, misleading, and completely unprofessional. They show no accountability for their errors, offer no real customer care, and create more problems than they solve. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, stay far away from these jokers. There are better platforms out there that treat their customers with respect and don’t gamble with your travel plans.

Absolutely disgusting excuse of a company! Customer service are an absolute joke! They put the phone down on you after going round and round in circles and don’t care about any complaints raised. Been weeks and I’ve still not heard anything back. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Because once they’ve taken your money, they do not care!

Review of ESPN
ESPN + bought NHL TV… but only 75% of the games. So …. I have already not been able to watch 4 Maple Lead games live… and it’s only November. My only other option to watch games would be to get a cable package… which I don’t have.. which is why I need a streaming service. Why the F*#k would I pay for a streaming service if I had a cable package???? And Visa Versa. So dumb. ESPN+ SUCKS!!

Review of bestbuy
We bought a 512 GB Samsung phone, but received a 256 GB (lesser model). I have spent 6 hours over three days talking with nine people and made two trips to the local store. The manager in the store called customer service and spent over an hour trying to get them to help us. We were told the phone would be replaced and drove home. Thirty minutes later they emailed a cancelation and we had to drive back to the store. After another 30 minutes on the phone with the store manager, customer service said they would take care of it and would call us the next day. Nope. Never heard a word. So, back on the phone yesterday for two hours with three different people. We were told the L.A. store didn't have any, but then two different customer service agents verified that they have three in stock.Lies, lies, lies. Still, Best Buy is refusing to take responsibility for its error. The customer service is crap. They say we have to take the phone back to the store it was shipped from. I live in Chicago, and the store is in Los Angeles. Customer service cannot connect you to the store, and the store phone number only goes to customer service. So, there is no possible way to get help unless we fly to L.A. and go to the store. I finally called a corporate number and spoke with a very nice man who did his best to help. He sent a detailed message to the store manager in Los Angeles and told us we would be contacted within 24 hours by the store.Nope. Total B.S. I'm canceling my Total Tech membership as soon as my camera warranty is up with them, and I'll start shopping at B&H Photo and other stores. Never got ripped of by BestBuy before but looking at their reviews now I can see they don't give a damn any longer.Tomorrow, I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. With over 25 years of experience in online marketing, I am proficient in utilizing blogs and forums to disseminate information quickly. I will spend my day telling my story everywhere online that I can reach. I will ensure that people know the only way to shop at Best Buy without getting ripped off is to walk into the store and make a purchase. Don't order it online as they will NOT back you up if they screw up.
Review of agoda
This company is a scam. Customer service is terrible. They hang up on calls and lie to client. They booked one of my booking twice and the hotel charged me for no show fee. I didn't know until they asked me to contact the hotel. I was told by hotel that Agoda booked one of my booking via booking.com. I provided the conversation to their rep and they told me that they would contact the hotel for the refund. However, after few days waiting, Agoda told me the hotel refused to refund the fee. Nothing that they can do and they will close the case. Apparently, Agoda wants clients to pay for their system error/mistake. I kept sending multiple emails to escalate my case but received the same response. They try to push client to pay for the amount. I wrote the review, so they called me and kept telling the same story. I asked the rep if she knew another contact number or person that I can talk. She said there is no department to escalate. They are the one who help clients to solve problem but she couldn't. She ended hanging up on me. I can't believe this is the company service. If anyone knows how to escalate further or take legal action, please advise. Never use this company again and I strongly recommend people do not use this platform. You might end up paying money like me.
Review of target
I have read some of the reviews, and all I can say is wow. My review is lot different from most of the others. I live in Memphis, but ordered from the the Horn Lake Target, because it’s closer to me. On Saturday I placed a pickup order, and since I needed to go, also added some items in my cart. Got notification that order was ready, then drove to store, let them know I was there. Soon afterwards a young woman by the name of Latoya comes up verified that I was the right person then gave me one item. They’re other items on her cart, and I automatically assumed they were mine, but when I told her to put the rest of the order in the back, she said you only have one item. So a little frustrated I said” that can’t be. So Latoya went back into the store to check on my order. When she came back to my car. She asked me pull the order up on my phone, and she showed me where I ordered the wrong item, and also the items that were in my cart were to be shipped to my home on Wednesday 11/8. I apologized to her, and said that I didn’t want the one item because, it was not what I needed. Latoya said no problem, then went back into the store, came back to my car, and not only said the item would be returned, but also gave me a $5 gift card for my inconvenience, although it was my mistake for not paying attention to what I ordered. Now who does that🥰. Reading is essential people. Latoya took my number, called me to assure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciate that great customer service, because I don’t always get it in a lot of places. Thank you Target for hiring great people like Latoya,😊

Review of cengage
Every time I sign in, Cengage says "Closing your previous session, please wait." And I have to close the whole window and redo it. Every. Single. Time. I do not have another session open, the last time I was on, I signed out. Then, while doing an assignment, I click on the ebook link within the assignment and it says "it appears you are signed in on another window, signing you out now." THEN DON'T PUT THE LINK IN THE ASSIGNMENTSeriously hate using cengage and it sucks not to have a choice.

Dont trust this company, WHY ?:Lack of transparency: When a company has an agenda, it may not be transparent about its true intentions and may instead present information in a biased or misleading manner. This can erode trust and reduce confidence in the company and its products.Manipulation of beliefs and opinions: Attempting to patronize ideas on people can be seen as unethical, as it involves manipulating people's beliefs and opinions for the company's benefit. This can damage the company's reputation and create distrust among its stakeholders.Violation of privacy: If a company has an agenda and is trying to influence people's ideas, it may also be collecting and using personal data in ways that violate privacy rights. This can create security and privacy concerns and leave people feeling vulnerable.Lack of objectivity: Companies that have an agenda and try to manipulate ideas are likely to be biased and subjective in their decision-making. This can result in a lack of objectivity and lead to flawed or unreliable products or services.
