Received a message through the booking.com app addressed to me stating my booking (lake Como) would be cancelled if payment not received. I paid full amount to later receive email from property advising of a scam.Attempted to use customer service to raise alarm to be electronically advised the problem was the hotels.On arrival at hotel, paid again and was advised the it was Booking.com that was hacked with my full details and hotel amount. Still no reply from booking.com

After years of using Jimdo, I changed the email address on the account. Jimdo continued to send auto-renewal updates to an old account email which resulted in an £84 annual charge which was a mistake.On the DAY they took the payment I contacted them to say it was a mistake. I contacted customer service. Jimdo closed my case when I was still asking questions. Customer service attitude was immensely poor and he provided no solutions to the issue. The policies are also all over the place, with no refund policy regarding renewals.

I was having trouble adding my card and after giving this woman a card number she hung up on me. I called back and told another agent what I needed help with and that I'd talked to someone who was going to help me but hung up. She asked me to lower my voice and inferred I was yelling at her and I was shocked, I said Mam I'm not upset or yelling at you, I would like help and not confrontation. She said well she didn't know I was just and I quote "that loud" 😲 I asked for a manager and she said ok if that's what you want. I said I'd really like professionalism and help. And an apology as I wasn't yelling or angry. She said I already apologized and I said no you said I was just loud and she said I'm getting a manager and put me on hold. That was over 20 minutes ago and I'm still on hold! This interaction was with agent ERL station ID-385114.

Ordered once. No email showing order received. Ordered a second time. Same thing. Ordered a third time, and called to check status. Took almost 45 mins. to get to a 'representative' who spoke no English that I could understand, who transferred me to customer service, which turned out to be a bunch of numbered options, none of which was what I needed, but who hung up on me also. Called the original number back and got the same woman as he first time. By this time, all I wanted to do was cancel the order and forget the whole thing. She wouldn't do it the first time I called, but she says she did it this time. What a waste of time.

I have been a member of the national trust for over 20 years we have been paying for 2 family memberships and have purchased a number of gift memberships, all through direct debit. They normally write to ask if I would like to renew, I have received absolutely no communication from them and they have just used one direct debit route to renew some of my memberships without permission. I cannot get in touch via the telephone and I have emailed, the first response was useless and I have gone back to them, I've heard nothing. My memberships have now been cancelled and I will no longer be visiting their properties.

I have at least a dozen Google profiles to be able to post reviews. I can post the same review (even good ones) under one profile and it won't get posted and then go to another one of my profiles where it will take. If your reviews are too longer or too detailed, they will get suppressed. If someone flags your review even though nothing is wrong with it, it will get suppressed. It's a game playing with words on this site. Certain words or combination of words that are innocuous will trigger the bots and get your reviews suppressed. There is no way to contact Google to discuss.
