I got a good deal on the Yamaha keyboard but your site doesn't explain how to get the 48 month financing if you're a gear card holder. I called the help number and Payton took my order and set up the financing. He was great but I wish you would explain how to do it without having to make the call.

Biggest and Most Dangerous update ever. After Installation Android11, mobile Network immediately lost. Only reset of complete Network settings (incl Bluetooth) brought mobile Network Back. Consequence: all Network lost, Several hours lost to geht the Connections Back.

I'm very disappointed with the outcome of my case regarding the return shipping fees for my order. Before initiating the return, I specifically confirmed with an AliExpress Customer Service agent that I would be reimbursed for the return shipping costs, as long as the items were undamaged. I have screen captured our chat. This was clearly stated and is visible in our conversation.It's frustrating that after following your customer service's guidance, my claim for reimbursement has been rejected by Aliexpress higher team. I need to understand why this decision was made, as it contradicts the information I was given.4/6/25 update:My understanding was that I was simply following customer service (CS) instructions to return the items, as no specific reason was given. At no point during the return process did I receive any message indicating that I would be liable for return shipping costs if the return lacked a valid reason.In fact, I specifically inquired about the five free returns policy, and CS explicitly told me I would still be reimbursed for the return shipping cost if the items were undamaged. The only other information provided was, 'If the returned items) is used, damaged or incomplete after warehouse's inspection, then this return shipping will be deducted from your order amount.' Consequently, I cannot accept the premise that I, as the customer, was sufficiently or accurately notified.

If you can’t trust the news not to steal from you, is there hope for journalism. WSJ has no online way to cancel subscriptions you never consented for. It took me over 30 minutes and three phone calls to get a subscription I never ordered cancelled. I had to speak with 3 different people. Shady and unacceptable.

The WSJ subscription was fine for the year at $15 monthly plus tax. The subscription ended on 5/5/25 and went to $70 per month plus tax, and I was billed before it could be canceled. I called in to see what could be done on 5/6/25, and the WSJ offered $299 per year ($24.92 per month), which was fine with me. I asked them to take off the $70 charge for the one day, and they would NOT (spoke to supervisory level), even though I was signing for a new yearly contract. I immediately canceled the entire subscription and will fight the $70 overcharge with my credit card company. I would not do business with the WSJ, Barrons, Marketwatch, and IBD again, and will NOT recommend this to anyone for their petty, sneaky tactics. If I could give this zero stars, I would. I will be calling the many people I recommended this subscription to and telling them to watch out for the WSJ self-destructive business practice....

Arriva Bus Garage Tottenham, London Left a very expensive brolly on the 19 bus yesterday (20/12/22) and from the first call when the lady in lost property called the driver to the men who work in the depot tonight and drivers, I was treated so well. Way above and beyond in customer service. I was escorted from the entrance to the office where I collected it and then one of the staff bought me a coffee as I had a long journey home. Absolute gentleman. And he found out my bus to get home. Arjay (spelling ?) was terrific in giving me instruction to get there on the phone and had it ready for me. They make TFL proud and no way you would expect this care So grateful

I was a faithful Target customer, spending hundreds there every month on everything from food and pet supplies to home goods, candles and kitchenware. I will find online retailers for those items now or go to other locally owned businesses that don’t capitulate to dictatorial demands by a would-be fascist. Of all the retailers who went back on their DEI policies, you are the biggest disappointment. I feel utterly betrayed by you. I only respect people and businesses who stand up to bullies and do the right thing. You were the big box retailer we believed in and bragged about. Good luck with your new policy. It won’t serve you well.

While Lyft is cheaper it gives a driver an automatic five star rating. If you don’t make a review before the trip is over which means to me the ratings are fraudulent. We had a situation where we got out of the car realized we had left a bag behind in the car and called the driver within minutes. He didn’t respond until 16 hours later after I reported him. at that point he said there was no bag left behind, of course. lift would not credit my money the 20% tip or the five star rating I gave him. Lyft says the drivers are independent contractors. They told me to call the police. Unsafe and fraudulent business model. IMO

Ever since Amazon took over a year ago, it's been a complete super sh*tfest, from UI interface glitches that muck up your credits, to image/video uploads that crash or don't work half the time.Agreed - unacceptable that Pro relies on vague terms hidden within subscriber agreements to justify their 'opaque practices' A reputable service would inform its users seeking explicit consent before continuing maneuvers.Such experience has cost me time and unnecessary stress frustration in dealing with their otherwise growing antiquated interface, that has long been in need of an upgrade - and Support. IMDbPro’s lack of transparency, unclear cancellation process, and questionable billing practices are duly disappointing. If you’re considering this service, be prepared to face poor communication, lax 'support' and a complete disregard for your rights as a user professional and consumer. Who makes you jump through hoops just to get errors corrected. Most unacceptable for the professionals who PAY for this dog-fest with no getting around. Wished there were other platform options.
