Bought an add on for a game exactly a month ago. Playstation were ZERO help and after 2 weeks of giving me the run around told me to contact EA as they were the publisher for the game. At first they were great and assured me it was their responsibility and they would get it sorted. They just needed to hand the case over to someone else within the company and it would be sorted. 10 days later still nothing. I contact them for an update and I'm told they couldn't do anything about it, to go and contact playstation..I told them all the things PS had told me and what they had told me. Sent screenshots of the receipt for the game add on. The guy called Alvin said he changed the content on my EA A/C and that I need to get a refund from PS. When I asked if he meant that the game content was add he said yes and then got rude. I asked him why I had to contact PS for a refund if he put the content on the game and I was told to read what he had wrote carefully. When I said it didn't make sense and that I checked the game and the content still isn't there he ended the chat. I've made an official complaint but I doubt that will even get taken seriously to be honest. They're horrible.to deal with and give you such BS to fob you off. They're as bad as playstation customer care.

Can’t give zero stars otherwise I would. Booked an apartment for one night in Atlanta via bookings. Post payment and prior to stay we were informed host had changed their policy and now also needed a $120 cleaning fee, which contradicts bookings no hidden charges policy. We tried to cancel as it doubled price of stay only to be told there was no cancellation option on booking without losing money even though the price was doubled post booking and payment. Bookings agreed to refund the fee but their customer service have proved a joke, virtually impossible to get hold of, they expect you to do all the running to the host, when the host provided the requested receipt they refused to payment as they wanted zero balance on receipt. I re contacted host but cannot get a reply so bookings will not refund. They advertised the hosts property and allowed a breach of their policy but will not now refund. This company is fine until you need to use their customer service at which point you realise what a joke they are, not even based in Uk. I would avoid using this company

Will never buy Adidas againThe website takes your order and your moneyThree weeks later they tell you they have no stock...you must wait another week for refund.However the App still shows product is available in same size....so more people will order and Adidas will hold their money too. They and ther app are a scamCall centre and email do not get responses and when they do some person call Ezra can't even get my name right he says there is technical issue...but still they keep the money. My next two orders the same thing happened. Half the order shipped after 3 weeks then you wait a further 2 weeks for refund. THE ADIDAS APP IS A SCAM

horrible customer experience and they steal money. dont trust their refund policy and dont accept any free offers- you wont be able to contact anyone there. find alternatives, learn how to use those programs, luckily there are options today.

We bought a led mirror for our bath on bol.com (cost more than €200). The mirror was delivered completely broken. It was broke into so many small pieces suggesting a very bad handling of the parcel. We only realise the mirror was broken 4 months after purchase when we could installed the mirror and we opened the original packaging. We contacted bol.com and they offered to gave us a discount for a next purchase. But they never replied to our emails so that we at least can obtain some compesation for such a faulty product. We have contacted bol.com on 3 occasions and they only replied once. We wasted more than €200 euros in the paying for a completely smashed mirror, and also paid a handyman to install it. He obviously could not install it and alerted us when he opened the original package in front of us, that the mirror was completely broken. We are very disappointed with bol.com and we had expected a much better costumer service. Update on the case 24/04/2024Bol.com and its provider only answer more than 2 month later and never provided the compensation they offered for having delivered a completely smashed mirror. They offer some kind of compensation on an initial email but never send any response on how to get that compensation (discount code etc). We have been left with a completely smashed mirror and spend so much time chasing Bol.com. This is honestly the most disappointing costumer service. We were not expecting this from Bol.com.

Poor product quality. Electronics don't even try to buy, either it won't work, or it will work for a couple of months and then break down. When you try to contact them, they don't respond, or they simply delete an account and create a new one. AliExpress doesn't even care about customers, extremely bad website.

Lack of speech from Nigel helps him in sections where he tries to look convincing like Tareq with a threatening history. Manali performs a cute, simple and bubbly character, Jhuma very effortlessly . But her character could have done better without the endless playfulness. The film also addresses the need to spread the message of communal harmony and to recognize all the religions. There is a pleasant monolog by Anushua that backtracks all the Janmashthami festivities the nation over. But on the other hand Protagonist Mukti Devi ( Anashua Majumdar) is a Vaishnavite stallion. But the rules she sets out in her household are unrealistic than strict.The film discusses a typical issue that orders face in the city and gave an artistic arrangement packed with drama, emotion and fun.
