Extremely Disappointing Microsoft Warranty Service – My Product Has Been Missing for 2 Months!Complaint Message:On March 25, 2025, I submitted a warranty service request for my Xbox Wireless Controller - Carbon Black (2020) due to a drift issue with the left analog stick. At the time of submission, I was informed that Microsoft would arrange a courier pickup. However, after waiting for a full month with no progress, I decided to send the controller myself via UPS Turkey, and it was successfully delivered to Microsoft on May 7, 2025, at 08:43:07.Unfortunately, even though it has been over two months since the product was received, no action has been taken. I have submitted multiple support tickets, but have received no meaningful response. Eventually, after a lot of effort, I managed to reach a representative who cancelled the original request and created a new service request on May 24, 2025.That new request has also gone nowhere — it is still stuck in the "Order Created" stage. There is no reachable email address, no live support agents on the website, and no one answering phone calls except automated messages. This entire process has been utterly unresponsive and frustrating.Microsoft has had my controller for two months, and I still have no information on its status. At this point, I would be willing to accept the product back without any service performed, but I can't even find someone to speak to about that.I haven't been able to use my controller for three months. I never expected such a disappointing experience from one of the world’s leading hardware brands.
