DO NOT STAY HERE. There is a Holiday Inn about a mile away. The room was very dirty. There was a pair of dirty socks on the shelf in the closet. There were used shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower. There was a used eyebrow pencil in the basket that holds the coffee. There was a blood smudge on the bathroom door, on the wall by the window and a dried drop of blood on the bathroom floor. The toilet leaked overnight. In the morning, the breakfast buffet was very limited and 2 of the 3 chafing dishes were empty both times I went to check. I asked the attendant about them and she said she would refill them, but I didn’t see that happen.

I got stuck on side of road. After waiting 2 1/2 hours of which I was getting texts and calls saying that their driver was on their way, after giving them 10 extra mins I call their 800 number. They say their system is still looking to find a company. I said that I don't have all day to wait around, they told me to call a 3rd party company privately. For 125.00 I paid a local tow company they showed up 20 mins.Moral of this story. Save your 80.00 bux a year and just pay out of pocket if you need help because of the 800+ dollars I paid for over 12 Years of AAA that clearly is not going to help when you can't just sit around for 3 hours waiting hoping they can find someone to feel like working.I will not be using AAA ever again. Just carry a self jump kit, a tire inflation tool, tire repair kit , and ramps designed to get you out of mud and learn how to use all of them and do it yourself, and save money in the long run.

Shutterstock just signed me up in annual plan with me knowing and charged me $40 every month before I realized that they did so . They claimed that my free subsection had expired . Now they are charging me $40 cancellation fees !! What a scam .

I needed to download one image, so I paid the montly subscription. Went to cancel the subscription, and was charged for a cancelling fee. I reached out to Shutterfly asking them to kindly consider offering grace by waiving the fee, considering the circumstance, unfortunately they did not offer grace.

VRBO was great! For 10 years! We loved our Hosting Partnership!! What happened in the last couple years? Were they acquired, merged, outsourced? Me thinks all 3! Go with AirBnB! They’ve managed the growth and haven’t outsourced their Support group (hear all those reps laughing and socializing in the background?). Don’t ever ask to talk to the Billing Department! Even their own Support Department has to wait 5 days for a response from them, internally! You can imagine how highly regarded us Hosts are from the Billing Department!!! Totally ignored. The last straw was VRBO asking us partners to share our financial information via a blatantly insecure method. Via email! Any company worth their salt provides a customer portal, a safe, encrypted way to upload our confidential information! Like a doctor office! Like a lawyer would! Like an insurance company would! They are technically challenged, route you to Indonesia for support and have the worst ACD system out there! Stay away Hosts!

cannot believe that such a big company with so poor customer service, live chat is useless, always not available. Live chat said there would be an agent contact me within 2 days regarding my issues and 3 days later nothing happened. Talked to live chat again, it seemed like I was talking to a robot and gave me useless information which is not helpful at all. Compared to its competitors say Zara, H&M, OAK FORK, UO have awful customer service and late/no response to customers, especially when it comes refund/order cancellation issues. BTW, prices sometimes are unreasonable with so so quality, no one wants to pay for poor quality even though they have loving design. And UO's disappointing service make customer experience worse!
