Review of dsw
Dsw provided a coupon for 30.00 off and only showed one exclusion and said may exclude others with no names.we are seniors and live about 45 minutes from dsw. We got our gloves and sanitizer and masks. When we got our shoes and went to to check out the coupon was no good. Just a scam to get you in the store. They figure you will buy them anyway Found out they were last year's and every other store had them on sale for 90.00. Rip off store

Review of philips
Two years ago - I bought a very expensive (for me) 50 inch Ambilight TV. It was when that cargo ship got stuck in the Panama canal. At least that was the excuse Amazon used for not shipping it to me for two months.ANYWAY. I wake up this morning... and the screen is dead. There's sound but no vision. I did all the usual error seeking and checks... I unplugged all the cables. I left the power cord out for anything from a minute to half an hour... and still nothing. This is pretty impressive effort on my behalf as I am disabled.Taking a torch (a flashlight... although I wouldn't mind taking a torch to Philips...) I could see vague outlines of what was supposed to be there. Aha. Great. I have a diagnosis of a blown backlight. So I waited until Philips Support got up for work and spoke to a thoroughly unhelpful person who told me they couldn't help. What they could do was provide me with the phone number of Equinnox (his spelling) who do their out of warranty repairs.I tried a different tack and told him I was disabled... I told him of the fortune I had spent on other ambilight Gizmo's to go with my TV... and I kept to myself that Equinnox sounded like some kind of Softcore Porn Filmaker...He said there was nothing he could do. I then asked if there were any jobs going in his department as sitting at a desk saying no to people all day and referring them to someone else might be a job I could handle. Or you could more or less remove from your Excessive Payroll next time you get the management consultants in. I'll take 10% for that idea if anyone from Philips Management Team is reading this.I also asked him if there was any other way other than phone that I could contact Equinnox because of my disability. He said No.He then prematurely and rather rudely ended the chat session before I could ask anything else.So I then had to call Equinnox. I spoke to a lovely sounding girl who informed me that they did NOT in fact take orders over the phone. Like Customer Service from Philips didn't actually direct me to when specifically asked. She said that I needed to email them at admin.equinox.co.uk ... I queried the spelling of that because the bloke from Philips told me Equinnox... which I told the girl sounded more like a Swedish softcore porn outfit. At this point my wife told me off.So that is my story thus far. What we learn from this is DO NOT buy a Philips 50 inch Ambilight TV because it'll break in two years. We also learn that their Customer Service is not only rude it is also incorrect and should be the first up against the wall when the management consultants come in. They gave me the wrong information and it turns out that when I asked for a disabled option - the one I was told doesn't exist is the only one Equinox actually use for this sort of thing.Just a special plea to Philips here. When you do fire that idiot - can I do it please? It may save the tears of someone on your side of the organisation whereas I will gladly do it for only a small consideration and any travel costs incurred.More to follow I expect.AND there is more to follow. Whilst I was emailing Equinox... I idly started Googling for other repairers who might be local and do a cheap job... but instead I came across The Consumer Rights Act 2015.This is interesting insomuch as it specifically uses televisions as an example of an appliance that should have a reasonable lifetime of at least three years. Regardless of warranties. In order to do the next bit... you have to be prepared to batten down the hatches and stand a firm ground... but if you approach the retailer with whom you bought the TV from regardless of Warranty - if it broke and it wasn't your fault... you are entitled to refund, repair or replacement. Neither should you have to pay for any shipping of the item wherever it ends up.In a nutshell. I got my money back from the retailer. Despite many instances of, "The Computer Says No." Stand your ground and be firm. It's what the CRA 2015 was invented for.

I had a clear data protection breach which was rejected and closed even after I called then and said there was inaccurate information they were told from the company. Not surprised there isn’t any good reviews of them on here. Do yourself a favour and just take your case to a solicitor to deal with it!
Review of hootsuite
Hootsuite doesn’t add value to your social media marketing. We did the free trial and they charged us the day before we planned to cancel the trial. They agreed to a full refund. It has been 3 months and still no refund in spite of many conversations with Hootsuite and them insisting the refund was coming. 3 months and counting. This is the kind of customer service you can expect from a company that provides no value.

Review of flipkart
My opinion is they are totally unethical regarding refunds. One experience I can share is regarding air ticket cancellation. First they denied receiving the amount from airlines. When countered with all details they accepted the it with some illogical reason and now postponing the refund citing system issues ( not able to explain what system issue ) from last 3 months. Sad part is there is no escalation matrix followed and CC executives will give you all misinformations so that you drop the call understanding they too are helpless. Shame
Review of CNN
Coronavirus is killing thousands, yet CNN writes about how SNL bullies Donald Trump. In other circumstances I wouldn’t care, but with what’s going on around the world, don’t you think there is something more important to talk about than Donald Trump. You are the ones guaranteeing his seat in the 2020 race. Donald Trump thanks you for the constant free marketing.
Review of agoda
While booking they ask for full payment. After that there is no proper customer support, on WhatsApp there is delayed response. They have no control on hotels and ask us to directly connect with hotel and hotel people ask us to connect to agoda. Hotel people provide late check-in time like 2 pm. we can not change or they cancel the booking and we need to pay the full amount as they make the excuse that hotel people are not listening. While hotels say we would have done if you would have booked directly with us. Hence its better to book hotels directly instead of these agoda who take there cut without adding any value.

Review of Spotify
I love Spotify!!!!! I've been a customer for more than 10 years and I would never ever ever swap! I've never had to deal with customer service as I've never has an issue so I can't comment on that. But I can always find the song I want, even if its slighlt obscure. It's very reasonably priced, I wouldn't pay more so I hope they keep it as it is. The recommendations they give you for songs are great, always on point and the playlists they make for you are bang on. The only thing I would change is, some of my playlists have literally thousands of songs on them, but when I listen I always seem to hear the same songs which is frustrating some times I feel like they could defo work on their shuffle algorithm a bit more. But I highly recomend and I hope they don't change things
Review of samsung
Ordered three Samsung household appliances from Samsung website (United Kingdom) - fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Once arrived, all products have been functioning great. They are fantastic. Unfortunately thats the only good bit about Samsung, their products. Everything else is poor, from poor communication, delays, and a frustratingly slow and inefficient customer service who spends most of their time trying to be excessively polite. If you can purchase a Samsung product through third party store E.g Amazon, John Lewis, Currys etc, I highly recommend doing this. I took advantage of the 20% discount if you purchased 3 home appliances - I bought a fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer all via their Samsung website. I was expecting all three deliveries to be made on 8/10/22. The day before the delivery day, I was told the washing machine would be delivered on time, but fridge freezer and tumble dryer would be delayed until 22/10/22. I cancelled hosting family and friends that weekend (had they informed me a few days in advance, this would have been fine. I don’t mind delays, but not if told the evening the day before of delivery!!). Couple of days later, I drove 2.5 hours to borrow a mini fridge from a friend, only to be told on driving back that the fridge freezer would in fact be delivered the next day on the 11/10/22 (communicated by the courier, not Samsung!). A wasted trip. Again, why was I informed last minute? On the 22/10/22 (expected due date for tumble dryer) - I had no communication about the delivery from the courier- I contacted Samsung customer service on the delivery date, only to be told it was delayed once again to 5/11/22. Again, zero communication. Again, I had to ensure I was at home this weekend, instead of joining family and friends in London. Why am I the one chasing delivery dates!? Why aren’t Samsung informing me, this is surely basic customer care. And then all of a sudden I was contacted by the courier on 24/10 that it would be delivered the next day on 25/10. Funnily enough I was then emailed by Samsung at 4 am on day of delivery that the dryer was going to be delayed to November, when in fact this was completely false (after courier confirmed delivery). This added to the confusion. The communication is all over the place at best, if not, non-existant. There has been many disruptions for me in October 2022. I have spent over £2000 for these products. After many hours on the line with customer care, I was offered £50 voucher (2.5% of total money spent) which I found inadequate. I escalated this to a manager who offered £70 instead… reluctantly I had accepted as this the ‘best’ they could do, and quite frankly I was wasting too much time with Samsung. To top it all off, they forgot to send me the voucher code. I am still waiting for the code. Absolutely comical. Samsung products are A+. The customer care is a D grade at best. Buy your Samsung appliances from a third party store to avoid dealing with customer care.
