I was looking for trouser hangers which I was offered as a free gift along with two other free gifts. There was a minimum spend of 15 euro so I ordered other things. No free items were delivered and the ordered items are well below standard. I issued a refund request which was denied. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Scammers. Complete waste of money.
I ordered some products from **Temu**, and unfortunately, the delivery was handled by **Evri** — and that’s where everything went wrong.Evri attempted to deliver the parcel on **17th June 2025 at 12:54 PM**, but **no one was at home** at the time. Despite this, they left the parcel **in an open place outside** the house and marked it as delivered to the *porch* — **we don’t even have a porch!** That was their first major mistake.Unsurprisingly, when we returned home, the parcel was **nowhere to be found**.I contacted both **Evri and Temu customer service**. Evri? **No response at all.** Completely silent. As for Temu, their customer service keeps **raising tickets**, but every time, I just get the same message: *“Delivery was completed.”* That’s it. No investigation, no action, no support. If I had actually received the parcel, why would I be **chasing them repeatedly**? It’s insulting and frustrating to deal with a support system that **refuses to listen or help**.This entire experience has been a nightmare. From careless delivery by **Evri**, to **Temu’s robotic and ineffective customer service**, it’s clear that **neither company is interested in actually solving customer problems**.**I will seriously reconsider ordering from Temu again if Evri is the delivery partner. Total failure on all ends.**""Poor Investigation and No Proof of Delivery""After submitting my initial review, Temu responded saying they would investigate and get back to me. However, they keep insisting that the package has been delivered — even though no one was at the property at the time, and the doors were closed.I have asked them repeatedly to provide proof that either I or someone at my property received the package by hand. They have failed to provide any such proof. It’s extremely frustrating that their investigation team doesn’t seem to carry out a proper check — they simply close the ticket without a thorough review. This experience has been very disappointing. I expected better service and a more responsible approach from Temu.
I have loved Temu and spent a fortune with them, but suddenly disputed a "brushing" seller for $11.00 and had my entire account locked for 30 days. Temu couldn't find their butt for their yin yang, and instead of dealing with a fraudulent seller (with literally video security proof), they froze my orders and wouldn't even let me process returns. I'm done. Damn shame, but all good things come to an end. Also, their prices are no longer reasonable, and many times are higher than the stores, which is ridiculous. (Update: It's laughable that Temu responded within 12 hours of my review, but has still left my account frozen for now more than 4 weeks over $11.00 after approx. 50 requests for assistance)
Ordered a rug(2nd june) coming by land due to the weight. Delivered today (2nd July). Well i could pick the bag up with 1 hand. This rug is 6ft by 8ft so you would think it would be really heavy. What a cheap and nasty rug i have got better in my garden and it's not even a garden rug. Can't believe I have waited 4 weeks for such rubbish.
Temu website screams " Reimburse All!! We pay you to shop"!!! Like a fool I fell for it and now warn you to hold back .Oxford dictionary states clearly: "reimburse" means to pay back ALL the money to the person who spent it with you. Temu twist and redefines the meaning by paying you back in pre determined small amounts .They make you spin a wheel to determine how much you get reimbursed each day . Again stupidly I thought it all depends on my good fortune but its controlled by Temu. Far more evil is that you cannot even use the reimbursement alone except with another purchase.I refused and cancelled my order altogether . Vindictive , Temu cancelled my allorted reinbusement altogther.O what foolish people we are!!!!
Temu is low cost, but quality is there, yes they have a very aggressive advertising system, but once you get used to it, and before you buy check and re check, it is great, and I can say that I am very happy indeed, and when I have issues, customer care, is in fact customer CARE, far better than others, I am very happy with Temu!
They said giving away tablets for free, and their text to speech system is so lame I can laugh for hours because of the laziness they making those ads. And by the way you need to pay at least 10k in my currency ( HUF) for get those items.
Title: Heartbroken and Misled – I Trusted TEMU and Got ScammedI honestly never thought I’d be writing this, but I have to speak out. I’m a student with very limited money and no one to support me financially. I came across a promotional offer on TEMU that said if I spent Rs. 8000, I would receive a free gift. As someone who can’t afford to spend much, I still took the offer seriously and placed my order.I selected a bag that cost Rs. 4000 (even though it’s available for half the price elsewhere) and a jewelry box worth Rs. 3900 (also overpriced). I didn’t care, because I was hopeful — I believed the promise that a free gift would come. But once I placed the order and paid using my card, everything changed. Suddenly, TEMU support began telling me, “You weren’t in the right event,” or “You didn’t qualify.” I had followed all the instructions — why would I ever spend Rs. 8000 otherwise? And when I asked for a refund, they coldly replied, “Sorry, your order has already been shipped.” No concern. No help. Just robotic apologies and complete silence when I begged for answers. I feel cheated. Deceived. And completely heartbroken.I’m crying while writing this. I trusted this brand. I gave them my money. And in return, I got tricked. If you’re reading this and thinking about buying from TEMU — please be careful. Their “deals” are often just manipulation. Their support team shows zero empathy, and their refund policy is built to protect them, not you. This was not just a purchase for me — this was my savings. I’m a student who believed in something too good to be true, and now I feel so small and so helpless.TEMU, if you’re reading this: Please treat your customers like human beings. Not numbers. Not just transactions. You don’t know what someone sacrifices to place an order. And how badly it hurts when you break that trust.
In my experience with Timu, I have spent vast amounts of money. I would state, if goods are non-electrical, you’re likely to get longevity out of the product but if it has electrical components, do not be surprised if it does not last more than two months. I am deeply concerned that the warranty starts from the date you purchase the product and not the delivery date of receipt. Therefore, the shipping and postage time which is normally around two weeks or more forms part of your 90 days refund policy and is therefore deducted from the 90 day period, therefore giving you less of a chance of making a successful refund claim! I’m beginning to wonder whether some of the electrical products being sold on their website have actually failed safety testing for Europe or other international markets. With China selling goods at significantly reduced prices, it’s an easy way for them to profit — but if those goods don’t last, are we being misled? After all, if you knew a product would only last three months, would you still buy it? If the answer is no, then why is this being allowed to continue on major selling platforms?
