At&T cut our copper lines 5 months ago without reason or warning leaving us without phones or internet. We are a small family business. They cost is over $10,000 in loss of sales and created a nightmare of a situation. After months of trying to call them they refuse to fix the situation by restoring our service. We have not been able to pay our bills without internet because our credit cards did not go through. AT&T cut our service, refuses to restore it, forcing us to go to Comcast. Now, AT&T refuses to port over our phone number we've had for 40 years. I would like an explanantion

Amazon next day delivery isn’t next day!!

I ordered from Amazon yesterday and paid £4.99 for premium next day delivery. However, it now transpires I will not get my whole order today (even though the two items were in stock). I have just rang Amazon to try and get my delivery charge refunded, only to be told they don’t promise next day delivery with their next day premium delivery charge! The moral of the tale is to wait till you have £35 worth of orders and get free delivery - I certainly won’t pay for next day again!

DONT PROMISE A DELIVERY DATE IF YOU CANT DELIVER ON THAT PROMISE

So I purchase 4 items yesterday to arrive today, for my nephews 18th tomorrow to be told today not to expect items now until Wednesday the day after his birthday. On trying to get a refund I've been told to call them again after Wednesday (GMT date) to get a refund. How bloody stupid. Why would I want the item after the event. Plus Bindu told me a refund was on the way than the man I spoke to said u can't have a refund until after GMT date. HECK!! Whose lying and whose telling the truth. This isn't the first time either. Well I've cancelled my next purchase and removed two subscription payments. A SIGN OF AN EXTREMELY ANGRY CUSTOMER.......

Completely untrust worthy site. It says coconut oil is good for heart. This is contrary to WHO guidelines. Basically coconut oil is high in saturated fats which leads to clogging of arteries. There are many other articales which are misleading as well. Not sure how it is showing high on google search.

I love CM for everything to do with…

I love CM for everything to do with graphic design. I am inspired by the fonts , the color ways and the new graphic styles. I look at it daily because it is constantly refreshing its content. Thankful to have this reference. When I was a young designer in New York City, I had nothing like this tool for inspiration and reference. We got it from the streets. Im happy to get the new trends and classic designs without having to hoof it around New York anymore (which isn’t cool anymore when it comes to real gritty art and design)

Best Buy in Buford GA fiasco

Best Buy in Buford GA. We bought a Maytag washer on Wed May 28 with delivery on Saturday May 31. We never got a call re the delivery on the day before. Saturday morning I called the 1800 off shore number. I was told it was scheduled for delivery between 12 and 430. BUT after further discussion delivery was scheduled to a location about 30 miles north of my house. TURNS OUT IT WAS SCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED TO THE SALES MANS HOME!!!We immediately went to the store. When asked by the manager what the problem was I said I wanted to report a possible theft. After all the machine I paid for was being delivered to someone else. The manager Mike Stone was defensive and rude but did agree to a refund once the machine was returned to the warehouse. He never once apologized. We finally got a refund and I spoke with the salesman today. He said it was a mistake that he put his address on the delivery. And he did apologize. But the manager never did. And he tried to say it was our fault that the address was wrong! N E V E R AGAIN Best Buy!!

Hello I'm broken down on the side of the road and I decided I would try Lyft now we have $400 on it however there's no way to pay with cash I downloaded the application on my phone and did everything I could to pay to pay with cash and then and then contact customer support to find a way to deal with it there's no way to deal with it there's no way there's no even there's no even I couldn't even find a live person to talk to now frustrated I had to write a review it's the only way that I could even get it on get it out there it's so upset and get straw over this thing

I have been a customer of Amazon for several years and subscribe to Prime. After recent new of how they are handling the tariffs and not disclosing that information after caving into the new regime I am rethinking about staying with a company that doesn't put customers first. Very disappointed

I purchased a Google pixel 7 pro in Dec…

I purchased a Google pixel 7 pro in Dec 2022 and have had issues with it for about 6 months. My charger port stopped working and now the phone heats up so bad I refuse to keep it iny pocket over fears of battery acid leaking from the phone. I spoke with customer service, who at first were great, they said over fears for safety we can replace the phone.. there was a catch..... Pay us another £1000, we will hold this and send you a new one then return the money once we receive the old one back or send it back and wait up to 5-6 weeks for authorization for a replacement. I was so upset as I have a medical condition which requires me to have a phone on me that can help people identify my condition if I'm ever found in need of medical attention. Google was blunt and told me to borrow a phone off someone 😟 I've paid them a huge amount of money for a phone that's faulty, how can they treat me this way, they should be bending over backwards to keep me as a future customer not treat me like crap. I've not raised an official complaint. Funny enough the customer service representative said I would be handling your complaints and I can tell you that we won't change our mind. How's that right? No independent complaints department. Such a con. When I'm finally able to, I'm going to go back to Samsung.
