Poor service. Requested a SAR and complaint to be deadlocked Spoke to a team supervisor who refused to escalate to a senior manager. Previous specialist refused to open complaint a directed me on line. Manager confirmed anyone could open a complaint. Poor customer service. Issue remains unresolved and I will be booking my future holidays through another company y. The manager resolution was for me to cancel my booking!

I ordered a pair of white Yeezy slides. Adidas sent yoga green. I called to get it corrected. I sent photos to customer service. Over a week went by. No response. I called back. They told me that there was an error on the website but I received the correct color? What?? They blamed re mistake on me even though it was their website that had an error. MY order confirmation states white. They will not fix it or reimburse or address it at all. The customer service rep was gaslighting me the entire conversation. Do not order from them. They commit fraud!!!

Bought a Lenovo Thinkpad laptop nearly a year ago, and suddenly the laptop is not working anymore. Ofcourse the laptop is still under warranty period. I tried to contact with Customer Service via chat and email (about 8 email and 6 times chat with robot chat) Until now, more than a week, still no one contact with me about my defective laptop... I am really upset about BOL.com customer service. I wonder maybe i should never buy any electronic product for Bol.com anymore. (my order no is 1510541415

Been using them for years for small bits and pieces. Bought a phone, it was not as specs said, didn't even send the correct colour. Contacted Ali express who told me to return phone, sent photos of phone in packaging and address and receipt. Seller said they never received dud phone and AliExpress sided with them. Am €120 out of pocket and they refuse to reimburse me. Nothing to show for it. Good customer service but siding with a deceitful seller who has done this to many.... Bad choices

The POSTAL SERVICES DELIVERY PERSONNEL are very unprofessional and DISHONEST causing a lot of missing/lost packages to the residents of the building where I reside!I'm a DISABLED PERSON and this situation is affecting my health tremendously! I have reported this issue several times to the US POSTAL SERVICES directly and I was assured that this won't happen again but it is still happening nonstop! This is ABUSE and has to stop immediately! Please!

Having been members for over ten years my wife and I reluctantly decided we no longer had any confidence in the policies or stewardship of the National Trust. The woke left wing leadership appear to have lost contact with reality. They seem to prefer trashing our history and culture, to actually preserving what should be treasured. Interestingly they don't even know why we decided to leave as they never asked on the phone or even bothered to say they were sorry to see us go.

Many times i have tried to reach Lyft or disput their charges but never got anywhere.But this time , i said that's it. I booked a trip that cos $27.60 or some cents, but i soon as i got in i found out i was being charged $36.99 . I thought that was a joke until i got an email reciept.Now, just know that Lyft makes it almost impossible for riders to file any complaints or reach them. This where i give i up to Uber.Any option of help you choose from their app ends up giving you a bunch of lessons of what it means and ask you to choose yes or No that you were helped and that's all you get. Does that not scream "scam?When you finally find a way to put grieviance across, they ghost you. everyon need to be wachful and tthread with caution when dealing with Lyft. You might wanna pay alittle more or wait little longer for the company that would listen to you than this people here.

I bought a printer in April 24 and used instant ink for a while. After it got too expensive I bought other brand cartridges - which HP have disabled me from using. This is such a scam 😮 I am totally shocked that a company is able to use software to stop me choosing what ink cartridges I want to use in MY printer that I paid for in full. Oh and by the way if you buy HP ink cartridges for your printer (which will work) they don't fill them all the way up, so they can continue to rip you off. I think legal action should be taken against them. I will never buy anything from HP again. Please avoid at all costs and save yourself a lot of stress!!!!!!!!!¡?

Now I don't know if I am really protected.Wait! I just found the field where I could put in my licence key. It worked! Now I know I have protection.

Charged for the new unlimited plan in Nov ( increase of $400) when asked for Starter plan and then in Dec asked for monthly Starter plan and 100 unlisted and we have been charged for yearly Stater and no unlisted.Have AI responses that do not address the issues and say I can now change this in DEC 2025! NOT suitable!!Very poor responses especially when I have emailed and sent screen captures to show what was requested at the time
