Review Time
I ordered products from Temu and they were marked as delivered, but I never received anything. I live alone and wasn’t home at the time of the supposed delivery. I contacted my neighbors, and no one received anything for me.I contacted Temu multiple times, opened tickets, and waited days for responses, but I only got the same answer: “It was delivered.” No proof of delivery was provided, no one signed, and I still lost over €80.Their customer service has been unhelpful, and I now regret trusting Temu.I hope others will be careful. This is not how a company should treat honest customers.
Absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with. LONG lead times and product was made of some type of cardboard. Both box and back of table were "ripped". Disgraceful. In order to get a refund unlike Amazon who is based on trust and returns this one needs lots of pictures. I had already repacked it. NEVER AGAIN.
I ordered a beautiful large arched mirror for £72. It arrived within a few days. Packing was superb. The mirror is beautiful. Cannot believe the price i paid as so cheap (well known UK site are selling same for £345).Cannot fault TEMU. Excellent service as always *****
I ordered from Temu, but my package was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted their customer support multiple times and even provided detailed information, but they still refused to refund me or give Temu credit. This has been very disappointing and makes me hesitate to order again. I hope they improve their support and take customers more seriously.
If temu would be an honest company I think their sales would skyrocket,,!! But instead they play this game with you,pick 1 free pick 2 free and 3 and 4 ,congratulations your receiving 4 free gifts,just buy something from this page, so I do every frkn time,I fall for it,buy something and my free gifts are NEVER in the checkout!! Or it is then once you buy it dissapears, thieves
well i heard so many bad stories about temu but i found out my self temu is a fantastic company i have never had no bother off them i put a order in nearly every week well a few weeks ago i ordered a garden table and 4 chairs i got in touch with the seller no joy as it didn’t turn up then i got in touch with temu they said if the seller doesn’t get in touch within 24 hours temu will refund my money and true to there word they did and it only took 2 days for it to get back into my bank the stuff off temu is brilliant i will continue to buy off them thanks temu
Im so fed up with the mess of temu and the items it sends out. They dont care about the planet or people. Its all about sending out cheaply made items that either get sent back, or (more the case) they hope people don’t return items. How can these two items pass quality inspection? One item broken, the other moulded out of position. I know all you'll say is, very sorry, we take everything seriously, blah blah blah. What you are sending out and doing to the world is wrong. Just wrong. You are still doing the same stuff you did last July. So you want me to return the items that are broken half way around the world to be put in a bin. Ive just shown you photos. Utter madnessPlease don’t say, reach out to live chat because no human is there. Just a useless bot that repeats the same programmed text over and over again.If you persist you might, just might get put through to someone. They will just copy and paste the same text as the bot.Correct me if I’m wrong here but I have a feeling a temu agent has many customers up on screen and is talking to many at any one time.This explains why each answer takes so long. The only thing that isn’t a pre-text is when the customer service agent begs for a good review for themselves. They have done everything available and they are so sorry they can’t help you.You do not care about your staff, you don’t care about your customers. You do not have strict policies, You do not care about the planet. It’s all about profit. I understand that’s what companies are in it for, but there’s a right way and a wrong way. Temu, unfortunately has a very, very wrong way.
Recently received yet another order from Temu and it was as good as the previous dozen. Every item is decent quality and the prices are just amazing. Goods are also sent super fast and with regular updates. Fantastic value and service. Don't be put off ordering by the moaners
Temu steals from their customers no matter if you follow all the protocols of returns. Then they arbitrarily deny refunds and basically say tough shit F screw our customers, we believe the warehouse before we believe the customers even though your order can change hands numerous times prior to arriving to the customer. I literally have an issue with just about every order I’ve made on Temu. They are thieves, criminals, and scam artists.
I have changed from SHEIN to TEMU I find their quality so much better the reason I deducted a star is over sizes if ur size is small then that dosent mean all small sizes will fit I got a couple of things in my size that wer very small.. but it’s not a big deal.. I love temu.. also wondering when u pick ur free items then u go shopping for the items ur going to pay for how come u can’t pick what u want esp if ur paying for them.. and u haven’t access to search??
