This garbage company is one of the worst examples of any business to buy something from. I bought a guitar for $300 waited forever for it to ship and when I finally got it, it was unplayable, poorly constructed like a 10 year old put it together and had 5 various piece of wood slap together to make this guitar. Like it was made from scraps. I returned it with their return label. PayPal which I will also do a review stinks as well. Anyway after 6 months of constant phone calls and online support filings they refuse to refund my money. I must have sent them over 12 diifferent occasions the requested info. So now I’m out of $300 and the guitar. I’ve never seen such a scam operation. But what can you expect from a scam Chinese business run by Jack Ma. This should be 100% illegal and there’s no buyers protection. I’ve contacted an attorney and the consumer protection agency. I still want my money back. If I could I would give these guys negative 5 stars for the pain and suffering they’ve caused me.

I have paid for AAA service for 13 years. My car needed to tow 12 miles to the dealer because it was getting hot. I ordered a tow but they nevered showed. We decided to drive it to the dealer 12 miles away stopping to let it cool 3 times. We are at the dealer now waiting to see if head gaskets are ok and the engine block is not broke. The heat sensor was getting stuck. If we have to get a new motor I will file a lawsuit against aaa. They are money down the drain and scamers. You pay and get NO SERIVICES. SCAMERS

I never once made any accounts or subscriptions to this website yet Ive been charged over 400$ in subscription fees... I've checked all my e-mails not a single one has been, is, or will ever be, linked to these scamming fraudsters. Ive since reported it as fraud and reported the company and had to get a new bank card. This company/website is garbage and needs to get shut down.

Delivery and customer service are two areas that let down the Economist. Up to a few years ago the magazine would be delivered on a Friday. Now this is only the case for London postcodes (discrimination). You are lucky to get it delivered on a Saturday if you don't live in London. Plenty of times I have received it on Monday by which time the news is old. I have contacted Customer Service on many occasions but they are completely disinterested. It feels like the company has gone downhill.

Been an Apple customer from day one but I had a problem and locked myself out. Went through the usual process with Apple to get everything resolved so I could access all my stuff & 4 months later I’m still waiting ffs 🤦♂️So as of today Apple have lost another customer & reading some of the reviews & online content I won’t be the last so I've switched to Samsung. I will also be replacing my watch iPad etc as I’m done with this lot. Absolutely shocking customer service
