Delivery driver does not even knock on door. Product dumped on step in front of door blocking my exit. I am disabled and could not get out. Very poor delivery practices by the delivery drivers-happens frequently. Also raining so packing soaked by the time I managed to retrieve parcel.

I used to think Al Jazeera where good but now they Pro-Palestinian / Hamas. The hostages should be all set free immediately before any meaningful ceasefire can take place. They are not Captives but Hostages in anyone's books. Al Jazeera biased news, should be taken off TV. They didn't bother to make much fuss over the Ukrainians that have been killed.,

This is a nightmare... The washer sound like an airplane engine, but I mean really loud. It is still under warranty, however I can not even get a service done because I need to pay somebody to unstack it from the dryer. The only service center which they work with here in Miami do not unstack the appliances even if you want to pay them (which I as a single mom is not easy). So I need to find somebody else, pay them and do not even know if they really need to take away, because they do not come to see if they can repair it and even taking into consideration the time I am going to be unable to use the washer and dryer. I had other brands before and never had that issue. So, never buy this brand again....

I am surprised to see such low ratings for Miro as I have been using Miro since it was Realtimeboard and it was later rebranded as Miro and my experience with the tool is nothing short of bliss. I have used Miro for website wireframing, banner concepts, ideation and pretty much everything that I need to explain to designers and developers. I have made user journeys for my platform, email journeys, even ad concepts for display advertising. Before Miro, I didn't have this convenience and mostly I was explaining things on excel, but now, I can not imagine explaining anyone flows without Miro. So, in my opinion, Miro is the best wireframing / whiteboard tool out there.

Received a defective product (speakers not working). Returned it and requested a replacement and I have been waiting for an update. 20 days since I purchased the product and am with no product. I call them everyday and each time they tell you the goods will be dispatched within 24 hours. Worse service ever. Not recommending it to anyone.

Absolutely horrible experience! Very deceptive! I thought it was a free trial and they did an unauthorized charge on my PayPal of $119.88. And both DropBox and PayPal have zero interest in helping to correct this. So basically that money is a wash. I’m so frustrated and disappointed. Impossible to get ahold of anyone at customer service (zero service). As a Teacher trying to financially survive in the Bay Area this was a bad “hit” for me. AVOID! Absolutely avoid getting involved with this company unless you want to loose money without authorization of giving it.
