Review of g2
My experience reviewing software in G2 has been awesome so far. The questions were to the point and easy to understand so it was easy to leave our reviews on the same. The time taken for each review was around 10-15 minutes. One of the best features was it did not make all questions mandatory and it allows people to skip questions which might not imply to them or their organizations. There are still software that are not included in the list and the scope can be expanded,Also, the gifts received were awesome!

Yeaahhh imma delete it. Deleted Instagram ages ago cause it sucks that bad but after tiktok being banned and our government not giving a flying duck about our freedom of speech or anything else and meta also being at the root of it, it makes me sick to even think about opening it. It's like I'm condoning what our government has done. So much for a free country

People in store are always good. My issue is their website and notifications. I like to reviece notifications to inform me of available products. Not a DAILY email saying "we see you want a switch 2 come get it" just to be out of stock and haven't even received a new restock on the products. Had to remove subscription so it stopped wasting my time

Absolutely crooked... I placed five strike orders got 3 correct.. even on the ones I correctly guessed on they didn't pay me anything above what they charged to place the damn order!!!! Then I get one wrong and they charge me 81$ from a 9$ order???? You are better off inventing your money on a lemonade stand. Customer service is a absolute joke too. They are there to take your money plan and simple. Avoid at all costs.

So first of all i will review the product quickly and say when it was working it was decent. They brag about how small the bezel is but yet the screen has a permanent black border around 1cm thick.
Ok so now down to my problems with the company/service. My Asus monitor was a month or 2 old when the issue occurred. I had Screen tear permanently down the right side of my screen to which i contacted Asus.
After playing ping pong with emails back and forth i finally got a pick up and replacement arranged. Can you imagine spending £350 on a monitor and it breaking after a month of use and then have to buy another one to use whilst waiting on the company to pull their finger out.
So after a solid month of fuss emailing back and forth they bring a replacement to my work as stated. I hand over my old monitor (which was in pristine condition)
I receive the replacement in which i observe. To my disbelief i have been sent a model which has obviously been repaired and the outer shell/stand is completely scratched. All in all from the moment this monitor broke up until now i have had nothing but a sour taste in my mouth about this company.
They ignore emails and take a hell of a long time to reply.
tl;dr
- Terrible Customer service
- Terrible response time
- Sent me a scratched up model
- 2/10 would not shop again

I have booked accommodation several times through VRBO (Stayz) & dislike the 60 day cancellation policy so won't be using them again. 😕Also I've found that negative reviews left for some properties get removed by the agent despite getting advice from VRBO your review is live. 👀 It is not.
